تحلیل شایستگی‌های کلیدی مدرسان در عصر دیجیتال برای بهره‌گیری از هوش مصنوعی در نظام‌های آموزشی : یک مطالعه نظام‌مند

چکیده
هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تحلیل نظام‌مند شایستگی‌های کلیدی مدرسان آموزش عالی در عصر دیجیتال برای بهره‌برداری مؤثر از هوش مصنوعی در نظام‌های آموزشی بود.
روش: این مطالعه با بهره‌گیری از روش مرور نظام‌مند و جستجوی هدفمند در پایگاه‌های داده معتبر بین‌المللی شامل Scopus، ScienceDirect، ProQuest، ERIC، Springer، Google Scholar و ResearchGate انجام شد. با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌هایی مانند «هوش مصنوعی»، «شایستگی»، «مدرس» و «دیجیتال»، مجموعاً 438 منبع علمی منتشر شده بین سال‌های 2018 تا پایان سه‌ماهۀ اول 2024 شناسایی شد. پس از حذف مقالات تکراری (115 مورد) و بررسی عنوان و چکیده 323 مقاله باقی‌ماند. تعداد 268 مقاله به‌دلیل عدم انطباق با هدف پژوهش کنار گذاشته شد. در آخر، 55 مقاله برای بررسی کامل انتخاب و از میان آن‌ها، 20 مقاله براساس معیارهای کیفی و تخصصی برای تحلیل نهایی گزینش شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که شایستگی‌های هوش مصنوعی مورد نیاز مدرسان در عصر دیجیتال شامل پنج مؤلفه اصلی است: 1) ذهنیت هوش مصنوعی و آموزش (شامل زیرمؤلفه‌های درک مزایا و چالش‌ها، راهبردهای زمینه‌ای و مدیریت اثرات بلندمدت)، 2) اخلاق هم‌آفرینی و حکمرانی مسئولانه هوش مصنوعی (شامل زیرمؤلفه‌های اهمیت انسان، استفاده انسان‌محور و مهارت‌های اجتماعی)، 3) دانش پایۀ هوش مصنوعی (شامل زیرمؤلفه‌های سواد داده و الگوریتم، استفاده از تحلیل هوش مصنوعی و مدل‌های داده‌ای و کُدنویسی)، 4) مهارت‌های کاربردی (شامل زیرمؤلفه‌های استفاده و آزمایش، استفاده عمیق و ابزارهای یکپارچه هوش مصنوعی) و 5) روش آموزش هوش مصنوعی (شامل زیرمؤلفه‌های هوش مصنوعی برای مدیریت تکالیف، طراحی و ارائه برنامه درسی و تقویت تدریس). بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، مدرسان باید شایستگی‌های کلیدی برای بهره‌گیری از هوش مصنوعی را کسب نمایند.
نتیجه‏گیری: بر این اساس، توانمندسازی مدرسان در این حوزه امری ضروری تلقی می‌شود. پیشنهاد می‌گردد برنامه‌های آموزشی هدفمند و عملی‌محور، مانند کارگاه‌های تخصصی، با تمرکز بر مؤلفه‌های شناسایی‌شده طراحی و اجرا شود.
