مقایسۀ بهزیستی تحصیلی، کمک‏ خواهی تحصیلی، رابطۀ والد- فرزندی و استقلال عاطفی دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدایی با مادران شاغل و خانه‌دار

چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر، باهدف بررسی تفاوت در بهزیستی تحصیلی، کمک‌خواهی تحصیلی، رابطۀ والد–فرزندی و استقلال عاطفی دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی با توجه به وضعیت شغلی مادران (شاغل یا خانه‌دار) بود.
روش: این مطالعه با روش علّی–مقایسه‌ای انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان پایه‌های چهارم تا ششم منطقۀ ۷ تهران در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳–۱۴۰۴ بود. از میان آن‌ها ۳۱۲ نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های بهزیستی تحصیلی (Tuominen-Soini et al., 2012)، کمک‌خواهی تحصیلی (Ryan & Pintrich,1997)، استقلال عاطفی (Steinberg & Silverberg, 1986) و رابطۀ والد–فرزندی (Fine et al., 1983) بود که اعتبار و پایایی آن‌ها تأیید شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و نرم‌افزار SPSS27 تحلیل شدند.
یافته ‏ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه دانش‌آموز با مادران شاغل و خانه‌دار، در مؤلفه‌های استقلال عاطفی، رابطۀ والد–فرزندی، رضایتمندی تحصیلی و درآمیزی با کار مدرسه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0 p <). دانش‌آموزان با مادر شاغل در مؤلفه‌های تحصیلی عملکرد بهتری از خود نشان دادند. دانش‌آموزان با مادر خانه‌دار در مؤلفه‌های هیجانی عملکرد بهتری داشتند. در متغیرهای کلی بهزیستی تحصیلی، ارزش مدرسه، فرسودگی و کمک‌خواهی تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه ‏گیری: وضعیت شغلی مادر تأثیر متفاوتی بر مؤلفه‌های تحصیلی و هیجانی دانش‌آموزان دارد. نتایج پژوهش در چهارچوب نظریه‌های رشد اجتماعی–عاطفی، خودمختاری، دل‌بستگی و سیستم‌های بوم‌شناختی قابل تبیین است و بر اهمیت توجه به کیفیت تعامل والد–فرزند و نقش مادر در رشد تحصیلی و هیجانی کودکان تأکید می‌کند.
