ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه کرونیسم سازمانی در سازمان‌های آموزشی

چکیده
هدف: کرونیسم سازمانی یکی از مسائل مهم در سازمان‌های دولتی به ویژه سازمان‌های آموزشی است که ارزیابی آن نیازمند ابزارهای معتبر است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه‌ای برای شناسایی کرونیسم سازمانی در سازمان‌های آموزشی انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش ترکیبی با رویکرد اکتشافی متوالی بود. در بخش کیفی، با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی و از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته با 17 نفر از کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان همدان، داده‌ها جمع‌آوری و تحلیل شد. از نتایج بخش کیفی، یک پرسشنامه 65 سوالی تدوین و پس از بررسی روایی صوری و محتوایی، در بین 545 نفر از کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان همدان با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای اجرا گردید. ویژگی‌های روانسجی پرسشنامه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تحلیل عاملی تایید، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد.
یافته ‏ها: تحلیل‌های روان‌سنجی نشان داد که پرسشنامه با 44 سوال و 5 عامل اصلی شامل «نسبت‌گرایی»، «تخصیص ناعادلانه»، «انتصاب‌های بدون ضابطه»، «حزب‌گرایی»، و «سلسله‌مراتب خویشاوندی» 94/57 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین می‌کند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد بار عاملی همه سوالات نهایی بیشتر از 40/0 می‌باشد و شاخص‌های برازش 0.908=CFI، 0.901=TLI، و 0.057=RMSEA بودند که نشان‌دهنده برازش خوب مدل اندازه‌گیری می‌باشد. روایی همگرای پرسشنامه 621/0 و ضریب پایایی آن با روش آلفای کرونباخ 92/0 و ضریب همبستگی بازآزمایی 733/0 به‌دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که پرسشنامه کرونیسم سازمانی از روایی و پایایی مطلوبی برخوردار است.
نتیجه ‏گیری: پرسشنامه کرونیسم سازمانی، ابزاری جامع، پایا و معتبر برای سنجش کرونیسم سازمانی در محیط‌های آموزشی است.
