چکیده

هدف مقاله حاضر، بررسی تأثیر فضای کارآفرینی ایجاد­شده از سوی دانشگاه آزاد بر تمایل دانشجویان کشاورزی نسبت به راه اندازی کسب و کارهای خلاق است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، دانشجویان کشاورزی دانشگاه آزاد ایلام بودند (320) که 169 نفر آنان از طریق جدول بارتلت به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. بر اساس نتایج، تمایل کارآفرینانه دانشجویان در حد متوسطی برآورد شد. مهم­ترین حمایت­های دانشگاه از دیدگاه فراگیران، ارائۀ دروس مربوط به کارآفرینی، جلب اعتبار، بازاریابی یا جلب مشتری، تأمین حمایت مالی مورد نیاز فراگیران در راه­اندازی یک کسب و کار جدید و حفظ و گسترش آن بود. موارد اخیر به علاوهٔ برگزاری بازدیدهای علمی از کسب و کارهای کارآفرینانه و دعوت از کارآفرینان موفق، کمترین میزان توجه را در دانشگاه از دیدگاه دانشجویان به خود اختصاص داده بودند. با این حال، دانشگاه بیشترین حمایت خود را بر ارائهٔ دروس مربوط به کارآفرینی در سرفصل های آموزشی متمرکز کرده است. نتایج مدلسازی نشان داد که حمایت­های کارآفرینانه دانشگاه از طریق نگرش نسبت به کارآفرینی و مهارت­های عمومی اثر غیر مستقیم معنی­داری بر تمایل دانشجویان  به راه­اندازی کسب و کار دارد. یافته های مطالعهٔ حاضر می­تواند دستاوردهایی برای نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی داشته باشد. بدین صورت، راهکارهایی به منظور ایجاد یک فضای کارآفرینی مساعد برای تقویت زمینۀ راه­اندازی کسب و کارهای خلاق از سوی دانشجویان کشاورزی، پیشنهاد شد.
