چکیده

تلاش‌های کلامی به مجموعه نگرانی‌ها و نشخوارهای فکری مشترک و همچنین صمیمیت بین فردی اشاره دارد که افراد با مشکلات هیجانی به صورت یک رفتارایمنی بخش کلامی جهت کاهش و رهایی از علائم بیمارگون در ارتباط با دیگران به کار می گیرند. این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی ویژگی های روان‌سنجی پرسشنامه‌ی تلاش‌های کلامی در یک نمونه‌ی دانشجویی بود. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ی 550 نفر از بین دانشگاه‌های شهر تهران به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و از همه ی افراد مایل به همکاری خواسته شد که به سوالات پرسشنامه های مربوطه پاسخ دهند. مقادیر بارهای عاملی حاکی از آن است بارهای عاملی همه سوال‎ها(نشخوارفکری مشترک، نگرانی مشترک، و صمیمت) روی مولفه اصلی معنی‌دار و رضایت بخشی است. بار عاملی همه سئوالات غیر از سئوال 42 بالاتر از 40/0 است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و دونیمه کردن گاتمن برای پرسشنامه تلاش های کلامی 95/0 و 92/0 برآورد شده است. که بیانگر همسانی درونی مطلوب این مقیاس است. بنابراین با توجه به همسانی و ارتباط ساختاری قوی بین مولفه‌های پرسشنامه‌، مولفه‌های این مقیاس در یک سازه جدیدتر به نام تلاش های کلامی به عنوان یک روش مقابله ای اهمیت می‌یابد. این سازه‌ی جدید با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می تواند در فهم مشکلات هیجانی نقش مهمی داشته باشد.
