چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین درگیری شغلی معلمان بر اساس جهت‏گیری‏های هدف با توجه به نقش میانجی هیجانات تدریس بود. از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، تعداد 228 معلم دوره متوسطه خانم (135) و آقا (116) از نواحی آموزش‌وپرورش تبریز انتخاب شدند. مشارکت‌کنندگان، پرسشنامه جهت‏گیری هدف برای تدریس (Butler, 2007)، پرسشنامه هیجانات پیشرفت معلم (Frenzel et al., 2010) و مقیاس کوتاه درگیری شغلی (Schaufeli et al., 2006) را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش مدل‏سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که جهت‏گیری هدف تبحری هم به‌طور مستقیم و هم با میانجی گیری هیجانات مثبت تدریس، درگیری شغلی را به‌طور مثبت پیش‏بینی می‏کند. در مقابل، جهت‏گیری هدف اجتناب از کار هم به‌طور مستقیم و هم با میانجی گیری هیجانات مثبت، درگیری شغلی را منفی پیش‏بینی می‏کند. همچنین اهداف توانایی گرایشی و اجتنابی نیز صرفاً به‌طور غیرمستقیم و با میانجی‌گری هیجانات مثبت درگیری شغلی بیشتر را پیش‏بینی کردند. با وجود معناداری اثر مستقیم اهداف تبحری و اجتناب از کار بر هیجانات منفی تدریس، اما این هیجان اثر معناداری بر درگیری شغلی نداشت. این نتایج نقش جهت‏گیری‏های هدف سازگارانه را در افزایش درگیری شغلی و در مقابل جهت‏گیری‏های هدف ناسازگارانه را در کاهش درگیری شغلی معلمان نمایان ساخت.
