چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه بندی معیارهای های ارزیابی عملکرد رقابتی دانشگاه با استفاده از تکنیک های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره است. مطالعه حاضر توصیفی بوده و جامعه تحقیق را 15 نفر از مطلعین حوزه آموزش عالی و سیاست گذاری علم و فناوری تشکیل می دهند. روش گرد آوری داده ها کتابخانه ای و ابزار گرد آوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مشتمل بر 6 معیار و53 زیر معیار بر اساس مرور جامع بر ادبیات مرتبط شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد دانشگاه بوده است. شناسایی، رتبه بندی و اعتبار یابی ابزار با استفاده از تکنینک AHP و TOPSIS نشان دادکه در شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد رقابتی دانشگاه معیار های تدوین استراتژی های رقابتی، مدیریت و رهبری دانشگاه و ارتباط با ذینفعان آموزش عالی به ترتیب رتبه های اول تا سوم به خود اختصاص می دهند. در نهایت پیشنهاد می گردد سیاست گذاران آموزش عالی، در برنامه ریزی تدوین شاخص های عملکرد دانشگاه منشوری چند وجهی از شاخص های عملکرد رقابتی پیشنهادی تحقیق حاضر تعیین کرده و در جلسات مستمر و منظم، فرهنگ رقابتی را در هرم مدیریتی اموزش عالی نهادی سازند.
