چکیده

هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر کیفیت زندگی کاری بر اعتیاد به کار اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه با ارائه مدل معادلات ساختاری می‌باشد. روش تحقیق توصیفی ـ همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان می‌باشد که حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان و با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی مرحله‌ای 350 نفر به دست آمد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری شامل دو پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون و اعتیاد به کار اسپنس و رابینز با پایایی مطلوب می‌باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و با نرم‌افزار لیزرل انجام گرفت. اهم یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که بیشترین تأثیر مرتبط با مؤلفه دلبستگی اجتماعی از مفهوم کیفیت زندگی کاری بوده و سپس در تأثیرگذاری اعتیاد به کار نیز بیشترین مؤلفه تأثیرپذیر عجین شدن با کار می‌باشد. در واقع می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که زندگی کاری خوشایند با تمرکز بر دلبستگی اجتماعی مابین اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه بر بروز اعتیاد عجین شدن با کار تأثیر دارد. در نهایت مدل معادلات ساختاری تحقیق و برازش آن مبتنی بر نتایج به دست آمده تأیید شده است.
