چکیده

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی نقش حمایت اجتماعی و رضایت از زندگی در فرسودگی تحصیلی صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش را دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تهران، تشکیل می‏دادند. از این جامعه، 393 دانشجو با روش نمونه‏گیری خوشه‏ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‏های سیاهه فرسودگی تحصیلی (نسخه دانشجویان) (Schaufeli et al., 2002)، مقیاس رضایت از زندگی (Diner et al., 1985) و مقیاس چندبعدی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده (Zimet et al., 1988) پاسخ دادند. داده‏ها با استفاده از روش آماری رگرسیون تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان دادند حمایت اجتماعی (131/0- =β، 020/0 £ P) و رضایت از زندگی تأثیر معکوس و معنادار (293/0- =β، 000/0£ P) بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دارند. همچنین یافته‏ها نشان دادند حمایت اجتماعی و رضایت از زندگی درمجموع، 14 درصد واریانس فرسودگی تحصیلی را تبیین ‏می‏کنند. با توجه به یافته‏ها، با افزایش میزان حمایت اجتماعی و رضایت از زندگی فرسودگی تحصیلی کاهش می‏یابد؛ بنابراین حمایت دانشجویان از سوی خانواده، دوستان و محیط آموزشی، همچنین به‌کارگیری راهبردهایی که موجب افزایش رضایت از زندگی می‏شود، می‏تواند فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان را که عامل مهمی در ترک تحصیل محسوب می‏شود، کاهش دهد.
