چکیده

هدف کلی پژوهش ارائه‏ی الگوی ساختاری رابطه هوش معنوی با عملکرد سازمانی بر اساس مدل اچیو بود. روش پژوهش مطالعه حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان دانشگاه‏ها و مؤسسات آموزشی استان کرمانشاه بود که نمونه پژوهش شامل 374 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‏گیری تصادفی، انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‏های استاندارد عملکرد سازمانی هرسی و گلد اسمیت (2009) و پرسشنامه هوش معنوی کینک (2009) بود که پس از محاسبه روایی و پایایی آن‏ها، بین نمونه توزیع و داده‏ها با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتیجه‏ی ناشی از فرضیه اصلی پژوهش نشان داد که هوش معنوی دارای رابطه‏ی مثبت و معنی‏دار با عملکرد سازمانی است (16/35 T-value =). همچنین بعد تفکر وجودی انتقادی هوش معنوی با عملکرد سازمانی (01/0 P<، 755/0= r)، بعد تولید معنای شخصی هوش معنوی با عملکرد سازمانی (01/0  P<، 832/0= r)، بعد آگاهی متعالی هوش معنوی و با عملکرد سازمانی (01/0  P<، 802/0= r) و نهایتاً بعد بسط حالت هشیاری هوش معنوی با عملکرد سازمانی (01/0  P<، 679/0= r) دارای رابطه‏ی مثبت و معنی‏دار است. ازاین‏رو پیشنهاد می‏شود مدیران بخش‏های مختلف دانشگاه‏ها و مؤسسات آموزشی استان کرمانشاه در راستای بهبود عملکرد سازمانی نگاه ویژه‏ای به هوش معنوی داشته باشند.
