Education plays a critical role in transferring knowledge, and research plays a key role in producing and expanding knowledge. As one of the most important influences on these functions, the curriculum plays a significant role. The purpose of this study is to explain the goals and strategies of connected curriculum in higher education as a new concept. A qualitative and data-driven approach was used in this paper. This study included a statistical population of experts and key specialists from Shahid Beheshti, Allameh Tabatabaei, Amir Kabir and Al Zahra universities, of whom 13 were chosen to be a sample using a purposeful sampling method according to the theoretical saturation principle And it was implemented in 1401. In order to collect data, a semi-structured interview was conducted. In the process of open, selective and theoretical coding, Glazer's approach and continuous comparison were used to analyze the collected data, and the results indicated the formation of 14 main categories, 40 subcategories and 110 concepts, centered on the central category of "Education and research links." Based on the findings, the communicative curriculum is a means to achieve the objectives by linking education and research and taking into account strategies extracted. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the combination of education and research in the connected curriculum would eventually lead to the development of the university and the nation in several dimensions.

AbstractThe aim of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational justice in the relationship between transformational leadership and succession planning in higher education. The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this study included all administrators (200 people) of Kharazmi University were selected by convenience sampling method. For data collection were used the three Questionnaire of succession planning (Kim, 2006), Bass & Avolio (2004) transformational leadership, and organizational justice (Niehoff, and Moorman1993). Data analysis was done by using structural equation modeling in AMOS And Spss-22 software. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the conceptual model of research with experimental data fits very well and organizational justice plays the role of a complete mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and succession planning. Accordingly, the variable relationship between transformational leadership and succession planning through organizational justice was confirmed in the form of path analysis. Thus, the variable of organizational justice showed a facilitating role in the relationship between leadership and transformational leadership and succession planning. Also, the leading variable of transformational leadership had a direct and positive effect on the succession planning of administrators. It can be concluded from the results of the study that organizational justice in the university has a facilitating role in the development of succession planning programs. Thus, by adopting a transformational leadership approach at the university, organizational justice will be established at the university, and eventually the process of succession planning will be upgraded and developed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the minimalism theory on learning and retention of learners in IT courses. Minimalist Theory consists of a basic framework that combines self-directed learning activities with technology, which emphasizes the importance of the real activities and experiences of learning. This theory supports the rapid achievement of real and practical goals at the beginning of education and emphasizes the importance of designing for identifying and correcting learning errors as a training principle. The research method was quasi-experimental with the control group. The participants included 40 undergraduate students in psychology who studied at the Allameh Tabataba'i University School of Psychology and Education in the academic year of 2017-18. Experimental and control group was selected from among the students in psychology. The experimental group trained on the basis of the minimalism theory, and the control group was trained in a traditional way. The pre-test and post-test was designed by the researcher. The reliability of each test was 0.90 and 0.88 respectively, which is greater than 0.05. The results showed that the scores of the experimental group, which were trained by the method based on the minimalism theory, were higher than the scores in the control group that were trained in the traditional way. Therefore, a method based on a minimalism theory in computer software training leads to increased learning and retention of learners.

The aim of this study is to design an accreditation and quality assurance model, appropriate to underlying condition and contextual features Iran's higher education system. The study was conducted using qualitative research with the Grounded Theory approach. The study population had higher education experts, which 36 persons by purposive sampling for semi-structured interview were selected. In addition to interview, 3 other sources were used to collect data, which are, observing, taking notes and documents. After that, we act the first to open coding, then, to have axial and selective action. In the first phase open coding, in 2027 the concept was obtained. The second phase of open coding data, in 1262 concept and 157 major categories were classified. In axial coding stage, 25 theoretical codes were determined. Then, in terms of condition, interactive / process and outcome characteristics was classified. In selective coding, category of quality discourse, fear and hope, as the central category where selected. In the opinion of higher education experts, Existing challenges in academic quality in Iran are due to the challenge of discourse, and no challenge in nature in and shape and even epistemological. Due to the understanding and interpretation of the experts, quality has two dimensions of fear and hope. accordingly, in a general perspective, dual and conflict vision of quality discourse, in the name of the discourse of regulatory quality as fear, and discourse of cooperative quality as hope was typified and classified.in the universities of Iran. Also, the model designed in this study is a complex and multidimensional concept. In case this model will have a positive function, which like a unit totality should be considered in every aspect of it alike.
