The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers’attitudes toward change and job burnout in the Covid-19 pandemic with the mediating role of virtual education ac ceptance. The research method was descriptive-correlation and in particular modeling of structural equations. From the statistical population of teachers in Khuzestan and Ilam provinces in the academic year 2021-2022, 353 people were selected by cluster random sampling. The research instruments were the Dunham et al, standard questionnaire of attitude towards change, 1989; Hosseini et al.e admission e-learning questionnaire, 2014; Maslach & Jackson job burnout questionnaire, 1997. The results showed a significant direct relationship between teachers’attitudes toward change and virtual education acceptance(p<0.01), a direct relationship between virtual education acceptance and burnout was significant(p<0.01), but the direct relationship between attitudes toward change and burnout was not statistically significant (P >0.05). There was a significant indirect relationship between attitudes toward change and burnout through e-learning(p<0.01). Therefore, it can be said that a positive attitude towards change, by affecting the acceptance rate of e-learning in teachers, indirectly predicts burnout in the period of the covid-19 pandemic.

The purpose of this study was to provide a structural model of the relationship between personality traits, intelligence beliefs and meta-cognitive awareness with test anxiety by mediating the educational self-efficacy in male students. This research was a correlation research and structural equation model. The statistical population consisted of all secondary school students in Bojnourd who were studying in the academic year of 1399- 1395. The multi-stage cluster sampling method was used. The test anxiety questionnaire (Abolghasemi et al., 1996) was designed to measure the variables The questionnaire of intelligence beliefs by Abdolfattah and Yeats (2006), the test anxiety questionnaire (TAI), NEO-FFI, metacognitive awareness scale (Mokhtari and Richard, 2002), Morgan and Jinns's academic self-efficacy scale (1999) used. The results showed that all factor loads of the markers are meaningful on their own variables. Also, all of the direct path coefficients of the exogenous variables including personality traits, intelligence beliefs and metacognitive awareness to academic self-efficacy, and academic self-efficacy to test anxiety were significant at the alpha level of 0.05. In addition, the model could account for more than 58% of academic self-efficacy and 30% of test anxiety changes. Also, the indirect effects of personality traits, metacognitive awareness and intelligence beliefs on test anxiety were significant through academic self-efficacy.

In this study, a model for validation and validation of social network-based mobile learning in higher education in Iran has been investigated. Mobile learning is a concept that is composed of a combination of two forms of education or e-learning and distance learning and is generally done via mobile and social media. The research method in this article is a mixed one. Firstly, based on qualitative method and specifically based on interviews with subject matter experts, the dimensions, components and indicators of mobile learning concept are extracted and then in the quantitative phase, by formulating a questionnaire. Based on the qualitative stage indicators and after implementing a WhatsApp social networking 'statistical basics' learning course, 300 participants in this questionnaire-based survey were recruited based on 281 data. Questionnaire was valid - validation and factor analysis of mobile learning model in higher education were conducted. The findings of the qualitative research showed that the mobile learning model has 4 components and 24 components. These dimensions include the "learner or learner" dimension, "interaction and communication", "tools and technology" and "infrastructure". Quantitative results also showed that in exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, factor loadings of all indices were higher than 0.3, and goodness of fit indices showed good fit. Also, the indices had good reliability (Cronbach's alpha) in the model.
