The aim of this study was to model the structural equations of the relationship between irrational beliefs and emotion management with moral judgment and class control according to the mediating role of teachers' anxious thoughts. The research method was descriptive correlation. The statistical population included all teachers with 1400 people in the academic year of 1998-99. 560 people were selected through stratified random sampling. The data were collected using the Jones (1993) Irrational Beliefs Questionnaire Kim Graz (2004), the Wells Anxiety Thoughts (1995), the Sinha Ethical Judgment (1998), and the Martin et al. (2002) Class Control Questionnaire. Data analysis was inferential statistics and structural equation modeling were used. The results showed that the model of explaining the relationship between irrational beliefs and emotion management with moral judgment and class control has an acceptable fit considering the mediating role of teachers' anxious thoughts. So that there is an inverse and significant relationship between irrational beliefs and its components with moral judgment and class control, there is a positive and significant relationship between emotion management and its components with moral judgment and class control. And anxious thoughts mediate in relation to other variables.

Web-based tools and applications that have the potential to increase motivation and interaction among learners have attracted a lot of attention in the English language learning community. One of the newest web-based technologies used for educational purposes is Moodle, a virtual learning environment with open source. Considering the importance of technology in general and the rarity of studies on the use of Moodle in Second Language Education, this paper examines the impact of second language teaching with the help of Moodle on the ability to understand Iranian learners. For this purpose, in this study, a sample of 46 students of the English language school in one of the Islamic Azad University units in Iran was used as research subjects. In line with the purpose of the research, the students of the experimental group (25) received a combination of learning, in which the Moodle was added to in-class education, while the control group students (21) trained only in the same traditional method of in-class education. This study was conducted over a semester for 16 weeks. Statistical analysis of the data indicated that the comprehension function of the experimental group at the end of the period was better than the control group. These findings could have remarkable theoretical implications for teaching English as a second language.

The aim of this study is explaining the concept of a transformative curriculum in order to Critique the education curriculum of Iran in 2019. In this study, qualitative research method of critical philosophical inquiry was used. The field of research has consisted of books, all articles and scientifically available print and digital resources related to the transformative curriculum from 1979 to 2019. Purposeful sampling method was used and the review of texts and documents related to the transformative curriculum was performed gradually and continued until theoretical saturation. By reviewing three paper and 10 chapters from different books, theoretical saturation was achieved. Information was collected using the "Document Review" tool. In the first and second steps, data were analyzed using the qualitative content analysis method of inductive categorization and thematic coding, and in the third step, the research was analyzed using the reflective method of data. The findings show that the transformed curriculum has six main assumptions: homogeneous and correlated. Comparing the assumptions of the changing curriculum based on the criterion of creativity showed that while converging its dimensions, curriculum as cosmology, fiction creativity, curriculum as complexity, tolerance of ambiguity, curriculum as dialogue, integration Rational thinking and narrative thinking, curriculum as a course, "becoming", curriculum as a community, relationships and curriculum as a set of students' learning experiences emphasize the antecedent and outstanding synchronization and are effective in improving creativity. The transformative curriculum is not predetermined, but a transformational reality.

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of using virtual social networks in the professional development of english language teachers. The research method used in this research is descriptive and correlational. The study population included 170 english language teachers in the academic year 2017- 2018 in South Khorasan province. A total of 118 English language teachers were selected by stratified random sampling and was selected using the Morgan table. To collect data, two questionnaires were used: using social networking Shi and Partners (2014) and the Professional Development of Teachers Hosseini (2014). In order to analyze the data, the methods of statistical correlation, two-way ANOVA and stepwise regression analysis were used. The findings showed that there was a significant difference in the use of social networks with different educational levels (P<0.05); however, there was no significant difference in gender and interaction gender with the level of education in the use of social networks. The correlation between interactive use of social networks and professional development is negative and significant, and the interactive use of social networks explains a small percentage (0.07) of professional development. In general, the use of social networks does not predict the professional development of teachers; therefore, the inappropriate and non-targeted use of social networks reduces the professional development of teachers

The purposeful sharing of knowledge in organizations leads to faster individual learning, develops creativity, and ultimately leads to improved individual performance in the organization. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of cognitive trust and emotional commitment on job satisfaction and intention to share knowledge on education staff in District 3 of Tehran in 1395. The statistical population of this study is 200 employees of Education Organization of District 3 of Tehran. Using Cochran's formula, 130 of them were selected by stratified random sampling method. In order to collect data, a questionnaire including the intention to share the knowledge of Charghi (2001), Blasttin job satisfaction questionnaire (2008), Kim's emotional commitment questionnaire, Choi, Kualahan and Han (2008), and finally the trust trust questionnaire (2009) Is. Validity (content, convergence and divergence), and reliability (Cronbach's alpha, compound, and composite reliability coefficients) of the questionnaires indicated that the research measure expressions had a good validity and reliability. The analytical results by structural equation modeling using SMART-PLS software showed that all three exogenous variables of job satisfaction, cognitive trust and emotional commitment have a significant and significant effect on the intention to share knowledge. In addition, both the variables of emotional commitment and cognitive trust play an intermediary effect on the relationship between job satisfaction and the intention to share knowledge, while emotional commitment, as compared with cognitive trust, has a greater impact as a mediator variable on the intention to share knowledge.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching religion-based spiritual concepts on self-esteem of elementary school students using a single-case experimental design with one month follow-up. After sampling from the community, three female primary school students who had poor or moderate self-esteem were selected in a targeted manner and received spiritual interventions for 13 sessions. In order to collect data, Alice Pop (1989) self-esteem questionnaire was used and data were analyzed by graphical analysis and determination of recovery rate. At the end of the interventions, the results of the recovery percentage of all three references indicated a significant increase in their scores in social and general self-esteem. Participants' scores increased in three dimensions of physical, educational, and family self-esteem after interventions, which indicates a positive effect of spirituality-centered education. Due to the greater resistance of these dimensions to teach, increasing the duration of interventions and involving family and school in the intervention process, a significant clinical development will be created in this dimension. Based on the results, it can be said that the teaching of religion-based spiritual concepts has influenced various aspects of self-esteem and significantly increased the social and general self-esteem of participants.
