Strategic evaluation in the organization is considered as one of the main responsibilities of management and is one of the first and most important parts of strategic planning. In the knowledge age of today, organizations are more successful in implementing new strategies based on competitive advantage and improving their processes and operations by understanding the environment and customers. As an important institution in the field of education, development and provision of human resources, the university must remain competitive in order to meet its customers' demand. Therefore, the desire to survive in this competitive environment, for the open university - in which the reduction of time and space barriers for training and using modern IT-based methods is more than other aspects - from turning to management and Strategic planning has increased the ability to adapt to today's changing environments, as well as ability, accountability and customer satisfaction. One of the most powerful strategic models in this area is the balanced scorecard model, in which all aspects of an organization are balanced. Therefore, using the strengths of this model in strategic management of performance evaluation, the native model of balanced scorecard in open universities is presented and in case of Payame Noor University, as the largest open university in Iran. The results of this research can be effective in developing a balanced scorecard model in the academic sector as well as being applicable to strategic planning and performance evaluation of open universities as well as universities based on distance learning methods.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the sluggishness of banking services implementation from the viewpoint of Bank employees (Case Study of the Bank of Commerce). The present research is fundamental in terms of purpose and in terms of method is descriptive survey (seeking identification of the factors for the implementation of products and services). In this research, for collecting information about theoretical foundations and literature, the subject of the research was used through library studies and through reviewing books, scientific journals, internet sites, articles and student dissertations. The purpose of this research is to provide principles for designing Open University spaces based on increasing creative vitality and social interactions. In this research, the method of quantitative qualitative research has been used. The population of this study was architecture and urban planners. It was obtained through a network sampling (snowball) and sample size through theoretical saturation that was extracted from the factors. Also, after an open interview, experts and experts used open and axial encoding techniques. Using Delphi explorative scanning method, 20 faculty members of the university architecture and urban planning department in Tehran, and then the results were included in the questionnaire. The questionnaire was completed in two stages. To analyze the data collected based on factor analysis, the results of extraction are extracted, and finally the most influential factors are identified on the creative vitality process and social interactions of each of the spatial attributes. The results of this research indicate that social, physical, design and psychological dimensions of the environment are influential on Open University faculties.

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of nongovernmental schools as a collaborative and emerging organization in Iran, with the goal of empowering the main owners of education and parenthood and creating an atmosphere of cooperation and cooperation. Measuring the effectiveness of these schools, from the internal and external dimensions of the field of development or non-development, and the elimination of strengths and weaknesses. For this purpose, the paper uses a balanced score card model and interim data envelopment analysis. The present research is of a kind, applied-analytical, and in terms of data collection method, is a library-field research. In collecting qualitative data, the data was collected from the population of the study population, which included all key stakeholders and experts in the field of quality of schools. The data collection method in the qualitative section is often interviewed. In this research, the semi-structured interview method will be used according to the objectives and objectives of the research. The interview process in the present study will be designed and implemented in four stages: 1- Planning and initial steps for coordinating the interview; 2- Start the interview by providing general information on the subject and objectives of the research by the researcher; 3- Plan interview questions based on research objectives; 4- Ask questions based on the results of previous interviews; 5- Summarizing and analyzing interview data. To analyze the data, considering the qualitative nature of the information obtained from the interview and extraction of similar concepts in them, the qualitative data coding method has been used. Using simple random sampling method 30 schools from 20 areas of Tehran in the academic year1395-1396 as a statistical sample, 10 of these are elementary schools, 10 secondary schools and 10 secondary schools. Using the Spss and Excel software, the questions have been addressed. Results: 25Units are only efficient for data and data breaks, therefore, these units have potential efficiency and can be effectively achieved provided that the use of optimization methods is maximally effective. In addition, none of the sample units has been identified as ineffective. Inefficient units are units that are not efficient for any of the values of inputs and outputs, these units need to be re-evaluated and modified.

The aim of the present study was examining the effectiveness of educating Flourishing on Positive Emotions, Relationships, Sense of meaning, Achievement and Engagements among young researchers and elites. Methodology: The present study was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group. All members of Young Researchers and Elite Club of Islamic Azad University in Tehran in 2016-2017, consisted the statistical population of the present study. Sample of study consisted of 40 members of Young Researchers and Elites Club who got scores lower than the mean score in all components of Achievement. These 40 individuals were randomly assigned into experimental and control groups with 20 individuals in each group. Before starting the training course, individuals of both groups completed Butler and Kern's PERMA (Flourishing) scale (2015) and then individuals of experimental group received educational intervention protocol of Achievement in form of eight 2-hour sessions for two days. Individuals of control group received no training. At the end of the course, participants of both groups completed the questionnaire again. Data were analyzed using univariate and multivariate covariance analysis. Findings: Findings showed that the training significantly increased all components of Achievement in individuals of experimental group compared to control group.

Students of each nation are considered to be cultural and spiritual. Knowing the damage to the cortex will be effective in improving their health and well-being. The present study was conducted with the aim of pathology in social-behavioral social sciences of high school students in Tehran. This research was carried out based on the necessity of recognizing and comparing the types of injuries (6 criteria) on 275 male and female students from Tehran high schools using cluster randomized method with division of north, south, east, west regions The center was run by a researcher-made questionnaire of 116 questions. The results of this study indicate that firstly, social-behavioral harm is high among high school students (29) and girls (19.5%). There is a significant relationship between injuries such as escape and illicit relationships, addiction and escape, suicide, aggression and violence, addiction, and so on. In other words, there is a relationship between various types of injuries that through the system are effective in the damage and other disorders and its frequency is evident. The number of injuries in boys was significantly higher than girls. In this research, 6 hypotheses and 4 questions have been addressed. The results, while identifying helplessness and helplessness disorders, send a message to the students and their families for evolution and development, and for decision makers

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between mindfulness and teachers' life satisfaction with regard to the mediating role of coping styles in coping with the corona epidemic. The research method was correlation with the application of structural equations in terms of applied purpose, in terms of quantitative nature and in terms of data collection. The statistical population was the primary school teachers of Bukan city in the academic year 2020-2021, of which 189 were purposefully selected as a sample. And colleagues (1399) and the Bauer et al.'s (2006) pentagonal mindfulness scale responded. For data analysis, the partial least squares (PLS) method was used using SPSS and PLS3 software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between research variables and positive and negative coping styles have a mediating role in the relationship between mindfulness and life satisfaction and 19% of the effect of total mindfulness on teachers' life satisfaction through indirect Positive coping styles are explained by the mediating variable. Also, 18% of the effect of total mindfulness on teachers' life satisfaction is indirectly explained by the mediating variable of negative coping styles. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that mindfulness as a positive and valuable trait by influencing coping styles in the face of the corona epidemic, can lead to increased life satisfaction of teachers.

Abstract Test anxiety is a disorder that reduces the performance of students. The purpose of this study was to investigate the prediction of test anxiety based on the difficulty dimensions of emotion regulation in high school students in Tehran. The statistical population of the present study was the first high school students of Tehran in the year 1397. 226 of them (132 girls and 94 boys) were selected through multi-stage cluster sampling and participated in this study. Data gathering tools included Spielberger Anxiety Scale (1980) and Difficulty Emotion Regulation Scale (2004). Pearson correlation analysis and Multiple Regression were used to analyze the data. The results of correlation test showed that dimensions of difficulty in emotion regulation were positively correlated with test anxiety. The results of multivariate regression analysis indicated that the difficulty dimensions of emotion regulation play a significant role in explaining the variance of students' test anxiety. Therefore, it is necessary to direct psychological interventions to improve emotional regulation in relation to reducing test anxiety in students .

Present study aimed to identify the main components of competency of senior managers in the Ministry of Education to introduce a desirable competency model at the request of Ministry of Education of Iran. This study is applied research due to the purpose, Descriptive-Exploratory Research due to the method of data collection and Qualitative Research due to the implementation method. Statistical population in present study were included all organizational experts and university professors who have worked in the field of managerial competencies. Purposeful sampling method was used for sampling the statistical population. Research tool was semi-structured interview and the analysis method was thematic analysis. The Research performed in field of competency and conducting semi-structured interviews with 16 experts in this field showed that 15 competencies were approved for senior education managers. 15 important competencies were identified and categorized in orientation-three axes of task, cognitive and interactive. The first identified dimension, task orientation and importance including 6 competencies, interactive orientation in 5 competencies and cognitive orientation in 4 competencies were summarized and categorized. Proposed final model can be used in the competency-based human resource management system, in the Ministry of Education for training, employment, performance appraisal and assessment centers.

The aim of the present study was to design and validate brain-oriented aesthetic curricula. The present study has analyzed qualitative content analysis method, deductive categorization system, and new and innovative international researches in relation to brain-based aesthetics. The field of research includes all printed and electronic sources. By sequential purposeful sampling method and through fish taking tools, information is collected and analyzed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding, and then the categories of the presentation model. In order to validate and evaluate the fit of the model, it has been provided to a number of specialists in planning, curriculum, neuroscience and educational sciences, and their corrective opinions have been applied in the final model after obtaining the Kappa Cohen agreement coefficient. The results showed that the categories with higher priority and high factor load in these elements were as follows: The target element includes: visualization in learning and strengthening the brain in all activities. Content element includes: description of the function of the cognitive skills of the brain, flexibility of the brain. The element of teaching-learning strategies includes: raising the level of motivation, providing opportunities for thinking. The environment element includes: happy environment, active learning environment, aesthetic environment. The element of evaluation includes: paying attention to individual differences, using continuous and practical techniques. Therefore, according to the agreement coefficient of experts, it can be said that the proposed model for designing curricula can be appropriate in some courses and at certain ages.

The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying effective strategies of planning the students' career development process, by using thematic analysis method. The studied population was documents and published texts, including books and articles related to the students' career development in the period between 2011 and 2021. According to the desired criteria, 21 items (7 books and 14 articles) were selected as samples using the purposeful sampling method. After collecting the data, they were analyzed using the 6-step thematic analysis method of Braun and Clark (2012). Based on the content of books and articles, 1 comprehensive theme entitled "exploratory and experimental contexts "; 6 themes of the organizer include " self-exploration, career exploration, career planning, education and skill enhancement, Career-related programs in school; and national actions" and 291 basic themes were obtained. According to the identified themes, it is necessary to planning the students' career development process in the form of a progressive developmental process, for a successful transition from school to the world of work.
