Objective: Social skills are developed through exposure to social environments and a part of the education process that is implicit and unteachable (hidden curriculum) available to learners. This study aimed to represent the formation process of social skills in primary school students with the focus on hidden curriculum.
Methods: Therefore, a semi-structured interview was conducted using a qualitative method based on the Foundation's data theory, using a targeted sampling of 15 elementary school teachers in Mahabad city, until the theoretical saturation of the data. Data analysis was also done by continuous comparison method, through open, central and selective coding in the form of 9 general categories and 23 sub-categories under Max Kyuda version 2020 software. The data pattern of the foundation in this study was depicted through the graphic model (outputs of Max Kyuda).
Results: The final model in the form of contextual factors includes; family, school and peers, process factors including; interaction with the environment, skill learning, changing and modifying behavior and training methods and consequent factors; including desirable social skills and undesirable social skills were extracted and categorized based on the three elements of the Strauss and Corbin (2008) model.
Conclusion: The results showed that social skills in students is a multi-dimensional process that requires a comprehensive and multi-faceted look at the educational system in the form of open curricula with an emphasis on the hidden curriculum and its functions (structure of educational centers, social atmosphere and family).

The main objective of this research was to develop a model for improving the quality of technical and vocational training. In this research, a research methodology based on the approach of Grounded Theory has been used. In this research, the statistical population of the experts in the field of technical and vocational training, includes faculty members, managers, and owners of industries in Kurdistan province. Using snowball sampling method, 18 people were selected as key informants. The data were collected through a semi-structured interview. Two methods including reviewing the participants and reviewing non-participating experts in the research were used to obtain valid and reliable data. Based on the results, this model has causal conditions (professional competencies of educators, educational factors and administrative factors), contextual (cultural and economic context), intervener (international factors and technological factors), strategies (outsourcing, empowerment, development and expansion of information and communication technology, policy-making and educational planning,), and outcomes (economic growth, educational factors improvement, and social development).

Even though there is a general agreement on the importance of the role of Persistence in higher education, a model that uniquely assesses the role and impact of Dynamism and Persistence on universities has not been presented and no explicit explanation has been made. Considering the pivotal role of the Dynamism and Persistence of higher education in the framework of the qualitative approach and applying the research methodology of Grounded theory, we are going to explain the Dynamism and Persistence model of the higher education system in the universities. Semi-structured interviews were conducted in order to collect information and use a targeted sampling method with 18 experts familiar with the topics of higher education. Data analysis was performed in three stages: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The results show that 390 codes or the initial concept of interviews, as well as 40 concepts and 23 categories, are presented in the form of a paradigmatic model, including the development of multiple capacities and capabilities of higher education as the core category and the causative conditions (qualified faculty, diversity Educational and research programs, development of applied research, combined training capacity, university interaction with industries, flexible and practical curriculum), underlying factors (multiple educational facilities, motivation of professors, student attraction at all levels, appropriate social communication, development of online systems ), Interventional conditions (attraction and promotion, student empowerment, Q. Development strategies, appropriate image of universities), strategies (foreign students, human resource empowerment, new training capacities), post-secondary factors (individual-organizational levels).
