This article is intended to identify the causes of the trainee’s reduction in private vocational and technical institutes. According to the purpose, an exploratory mixed research method was selected as the appropriate method of research. The research method consists of two qualitative and quantitative steps. In the qualitative stage, the data were collected using thematic analysis and conducting targeted and in-depth interviews with 20 experts in technical and vocational education. Then, with the initial coding and the definition of the main and sub-themes, Factors affecting the reduction of trainees in private technical and vocational institutes were identified. In the quantitative stage, a questionnaire was set up based on the results of the first stage interviews. The statistical sample at this stage was 270 managers and founders of private technical and vocational institutes in East Azarbaijan province. Data was collected through a questionnaire categorized using exploratory factor analysis. That way, the effective factors on the reduction of trainees were re-identified. The results of exploratory factor analysis were in line with the results of Thematic Analysis. The results of both qualitative and quantitative methods indicate that institute factors (physical resources, human and finance resources, educational programs and educational marketing), organizational factors (content, policy, support, evaluation) and environmental factors (competitors, labor market, community culture, laws and government policies) are three major factors affecting the reduction of trainees in private technical and vocational institutes.

AbstractThe aim of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational justice in the relationship between transformational leadership and succession planning in higher education. The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this study included all administrators (200 people) of Kharazmi University were selected by convenience sampling method. For data collection were used the three Questionnaire of succession planning (Kim, 2006), Bass & Avolio (2004) transformational leadership, and organizational justice (Niehoff, and Moorman1993). Data analysis was done by using structural equation modeling in AMOS And Spss-22 software. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the conceptual model of research with experimental data fits very well and organizational justice plays the role of a complete mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and succession planning. Accordingly, the variable relationship between transformational leadership and succession planning through organizational justice was confirmed in the form of path analysis. Thus, the variable of organizational justice showed a facilitating role in the relationship between leadership and transformational leadership and succession planning. Also, the leading variable of transformational leadership had a direct and positive effect on the succession planning of administrators. It can be concluded from the results of the study that organizational justice in the university has a facilitating role in the development of succession planning programs. Thus, by adopting a transformational leadership approach at the university, organizational justice will be established at the university, and eventually the process of succession planning will be upgraded and developed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate multicultural problems in primary schools in Saveh and provide solutions using quantitative, quantitative research. The statistical population included 15178 students and 1400 teachers in the academic year of 2018-19. Cluster sampling method, 260 teachers and 373 students, students' tools in the quantitative section of the socio-cultural questionnaire of Cohen and Rasman (2014) and in the qualitative part of the semi-structured interview with 20 teachers and content analysis. The research method was descriptive-correlational and Friedman and independent t-test. Results showed that the ranking provided by students and teachers (teaching, learning, content and environmental problems) was statistically significant at the level of 0.05. Also, people's view of learning, educational content, teachers' lack of familiarity with different cultures, and feelings of humiliation of students due to their accent to the educational problems of multicultural schools has a direct and significant relationship. In fact, the attention of planners to the content of education, the familiarity of teachers with different cultures will reduce the educational problems of these schools. On the other hand, providing counseling services to students in multicultural students' schools to deal with the feeling of embarrassment and shyness, the importance of different cultures in the texts of textbooks, the participation of students in group activities, lowering the classroom population, engaging more with Families, non-discrimination and special attention to cultures, emphasize more on the common points of cultures and the formation of educational groups with students from different cultures by teachers from the research results.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the minimalism theory on learning and retention of learners in IT courses. Minimalist Theory consists of a basic framework that combines self-directed learning activities with technology, which emphasizes the importance of the real activities and experiences of learning. This theory supports the rapid achievement of real and practical goals at the beginning of education and emphasizes the importance of designing for identifying and correcting learning errors as a training principle. The research method was quasi-experimental with the control group. The participants included 40 undergraduate students in psychology who studied at the Allameh Tabataba'i University School of Psychology and Education in the academic year of 2017-18. Experimental and control group was selected from among the students in psychology. The experimental group trained on the basis of the minimalism theory, and the control group was trained in a traditional way. The pre-test and post-test was designed by the researcher. The reliability of each test was 0.90 and 0.88 respectively, which is greater than 0.05. The results showed that the scores of the experimental group, which were trained by the method based on the minimalism theory, were higher than the scores in the control group that were trained in the traditional way. Therefore, a method based on a minimalism theory in computer software training leads to increased learning and retention of learners.

The current research was aimed to recognize learning outcomes of the educational administration, in the master level. The research method was qualitative and the semi - structured detective interviews were applied in order to data gathering. After review of the academic and research based backgrounds of faculty members in the field of educational administration, 25 faculty members were selected through purposive sampling, sampling method consistent. These faculty members were from psychology and educational science faculties of Tehran city (include: universities of Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Kharazmi) as participants and among them, 11 persons agreed to be interviewed. Because the necessity of gaining the view of the related employers for determining learning outcomes, 5 employers who worked in the related fields of education and educational administration also been interviewed. At the end, the proposed framework of curriculum for the master of educational administration based on the expected learning outcomes (that includes four general aspects of educational- academic, organizational- managerial, social- cultural, and humanity) was drawn.

The aim of this study was to investigate the mediatory role of the achievement emotions in relationship with class psychosocial climate, and academic burnout to illustrate the relationship between research variables in the causal model. The research population consisted of all students of Alzahra University in Tehran, among them 300 students were selected through random multi-stage cluster sampling. The instruments for data gathering were: a short version of the achievement Emotions Questionnaire (PEGQ), Goetz & Perry (2005), the Questionnaire of Joe Psychosocial class of Fraser, Giddings and McBurray (1995), and the Academic Burnout Questionnaire (Salmela Arrow et al., 2009). The validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by statistical factor analysis. To examine reliability of the measures, Cronbach alpha coefficient was used. Two hypothetical models were tested by path analysis. The indicators of the results showed that the goodness of fit statistics are very suitable in both models. This means that both models are well supported by the empirical data and the mediatory role of positive and negative of the achievement emotions in the relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables was verified. The findings of the path analysis showed that the direct effects of adaptive and non-adaptive the class psychosocial climate (solidarity and friction), on the positive emotions (positive and negative), and the direct effect of the positive and negative progressive emotions on the academic burnout were significant. The non-direct effects of adaptive and non-adaptive the class psychosocial climate (solidarity and corruption), on the academic burnout were significant. In the mediating model, positive emotional was 39% of academic burnout and 36% for positive emotional variance and negative emotion was mediated by 42% of variance of academic burnout and 38% of negative emotion variance. Implications and suggestion for future studies are discussed.
