Background: Educational organizations, which are responsible for the serious task of formal education, need teachers who can show extra-role behavior to fulfill their role in society. Objective: This study was conducted to explain the relationship between level-five leadership and extra-role behaviors through the mediation of teacher empowerment. Methods: The present study is applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive research in terms of data collection in which, correlation type is used with structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the study consists of all primary school teachers of Mahabad city (965 people) in the period 2023-2024, of which 265 people were selected to participate in the research using a simple random sampling method. To collect the required information, level-five leadership questionnaires (Shariat Nejad et al., 2018), empowerment of school staff (Rinehart and Short,1995), and extra-role behaviors (Oregon and Kanoski,1983) were used. The data was analyzed using the structural equation method based on the three-step approach of partial least squares. Results: The results showed that level five leadership style had a positive and significant effect on extra-role behaviors and teacher empowerment. Also, teacher empowerment had a direct and significant effect on teachers' extra-role behaviors and teacher empowerment had a mediating role regarding the effect of level five leadership style on teachers' extra-role behaviors. Conclusion: According to the results, it can be said that to promote extra-role behaviors among teachers, paying attention to level five leadership style and empowering teachers seems necessary.

Organizational trauma management is a neglected public health crisis, while it seems to be a very important issue that should be properly addressed. The present study was conducted with the aim of validating the effective factors on the organizational trauma management of new teachers with the approach of artificial neural network (ANN). The present research method was quantitative in terms of strategy and descriptive-correlation in terms of technique. The statistical population of the new research was teachers of Gilan, Alborz and Tehran provinces with a population of 15,000 people. A sample of 375 people was selected from this population by multi-stage cluster sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire (1401) was used to collect data. In order to analyze the data, artificial neural network with multilayer perceptron method (MLP) was used using SPSS25 software. The findings showed that organizational trauma management has an input layer with 21 nodes and a hidden layer with 9 nodes, which includes psychological empowerment with the greatest effect and psychological safety with the least importance factor in organizational trauma management. According to the studies, psychological crises in organizations have become a common experience for managers and employees around the world. Some of these crises show signs of traumatic experience. If it is not managed properly, it seems that the experience of collective harm appears in the form of many organizational factors that lead to dysfunctional behavior in the organization.

The spread of Corona and the consequent closure of educational centers in the world and in Iran caused the form of education to change from face-to-face or virtual. Hence, the lack of necessary infrastructure, teachers 'and students' unfamiliarity with virtual learning caused families, students and schools to face a huge learning challenge. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to identify the indicators of educational of the Corona. The nature of the research is qualitative in terms of content analysis style. The sample size after theoretical saturation was 11 people and purposefully selected. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and data analysis by thematic method using MAXQDA10 software. Findings showed that educational indicators in times of crisis and corona outbreak included 5 cases; "Factors related to school, family, teachers, communication infrastructure and factors related to students." Therefore, creating communication infrastructure in all parts of the country, including villages and cities, creating a culture of e-learning and holding in-service courses to improve the productivity of teachers in conducting e-learning can help education in times of crisis.

The purpose of the research is to Designing and validation the Pattern of Effective factors on the realization of the student voice from the Administrators' perspective in Elementary schools In the academic year 1399-1400 in the city of Qom with the mixed method research. In the qualitative section, 15 exemplary Administrators with more than 15 years of teaching experience, selected by purposive sampling method to achieve theoretical saturation. Data were collected through semi-structured and in-depth interviews and analyzed by inductive content analysis with coding at three levels: open, axial and selective that Its face and content validity was confirmed by 4 professors and for agreement, the agreement method between the two coders was used. Regarding the components of student voice, finally 5 main categories including Value based Management, Insight, Distributed leadership, Top Management and Middle Management student voice with 31 open codes and 7 selection codes were obtained. The quantitative part also included 160 Administrator who was the available sampling method was used. In such cases, 5 people is the desired value for each item of the questionnaire. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire with 31 items with convergent validity above 0.50 and combined reliability of 0.90. In model validation, Quantitative data analysis by first- and second-order confirmatory factor analysis indicates the necessary accuracy of indicators to measure factors. Finally It can be said Focusing more on listening to the student voice acts as a catalyst for change in schools and for improving the school management.
