The aim of this study was to determine the effect of "teacher correctional feedback" on the anxiety level of Covid-19 female students with depression in Ardabil secondary high school. This research was a quasi-experimental study in which a pre-test-post-test design with a control group was used. The sample of the study was 40 subjects who were among high school girls with depression in the Beck 2 depression list of Ardabil city using multi-stage random cluster random sampling method and using simple random sampling method. The intervention groups were "providing teacher correction feedback" (20 people) and control (20 people). For the intervention group, 12 sessions of 90 minutes were performed. For data collection Covid-19 Anxiety Questionnaire Alipour et al(2017) and Beck Depression inventory version two(1978) were used in the pre-test and post-test stages for the two intervention and control groups. Data were analyzed in SPSS software version 24. The results of multivariate and univariate analysis of covariance showed a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The results showed that the anxiety level of Covid-19 in the intervention group was significantly reduced compared to the control group (P <0.01). Therefore, According to the results it was found that "teacher Corrective feedback" has a positive and significant effect on the anxiety of Covid-19 female students with depression. Therefore, the relevant authorities working in the field of education should pay special attention of teacher Corrective feedback in this Covid-19 course in order to reduce the level of anxiety in students with depression.

The purpose of the research is to Designing and validation the Pattern of Effective factors on the realization of the student voice from the Administrators' perspective in Elementary schools In the academic year 1399-1400 in the city of Qom with the mixed method research. In the qualitative section, 15 exemplary Administrators with more than 15 years of teaching experience, selected by purposive sampling method to achieve theoretical saturation. Data were collected through semi-structured and in-depth interviews and analyzed by inductive content analysis with coding at three levels: open, axial and selective that Its face and content validity was confirmed by 4 professors and for agreement, the agreement method between the two coders was used. Regarding the components of student voice, finally 5 main categories including Value based Management, Insight, Distributed leadership, Top Management and Middle Management student voice with 31 open codes and 7 selection codes were obtained. The quantitative part also included 160 Administrator who was the available sampling method was used. In such cases, 5 people is the desired value for each item of the questionnaire. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire with 31 items with convergent validity above 0.50 and combined reliability of 0.90. In model validation, Quantitative data analysis by first- and second-order confirmatory factor analysis indicates the necessary accuracy of indicators to measure factors. Finally It can be said Focusing more on listening to the student voice acts as a catalyst for change in schools and for improving the school management.

The purpose of this study was to develop an appropriate quality model for the implementation of the educational system of the first secondary school. The purpose of this study is descriptive correlational in terms of purpose of data collection. The statistical population of this study consisted of students, teachers and high school principals of Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province. 900 people were selected through cluster sampling. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. To assess the validity and reliability of the measurement tools, the content validity and results of the measurement model were cited. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were confirmed. Structural equation modeling using Smart PLS 3 software was used for data analysis. Based on the results, each of the predicted values of the model explains the percentage of variance of customer orientation in the educational system. A final model study revealed that the sum of the independent variables accounted for 77% of the changes in customer education in the education system, which is a significant amount. The predictive power of the model was reported for strong customer orientation. Based on the results of significance analysis of path coefficients of the structural model of the research, the t-statistic for all variables was greater than 1.96 and according to the 95% confidence level was significant (P-Value ≤ 0.01). The value obtained for GOF was 0.669, indicating the robustness of the model, and therefore the fit of the overall model was confirmed.
