The present study also identified the factors affecting decentralized management and identified the dimensions of organizational development, continuous learning and job aspiration. This shows that decentralized management can lead to the development and improvement of the education organization, and on the other hand, all education stakeholders learn to be responsible for their own learning. This accelerates and facilitates work, and in addition to motivation, it contributes to the passion for work.
