Identifying and Prioritizing Organizational Entrepreneurship Strategies Affecting Creativity and Perceptions of Students' Abilities in Iranshahr

Abstract
In today's society, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial strategies can influence the creativity and perceptions of community graduates and students. Overall, this study is one of a limited number of studies on the impact of organizational entrepreneurship strategies on creativity and perception of abilities. The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize organizational entrepreneurship strategies that influence creativity and perception of the capabilities of Iranian technical and vocational students. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in nature and method. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers and entrepreneurship experts of technical and vocational schools of Iranshahr city. The main tools used in this study were in-depth and structured interview data collection. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to analyze the data using Expert Choice software. The results of the data analysis showed that supportive-incentive strategies are the first priority in influencing creativity and empowerment perception. Supportive strategies in this prioritization include adequate and adequate supportive laws to support entrepreneurship and psychoanalysis students, and facilitate supervisory and influential business environment rules and regulations, as well as cultural-social strategies that have the potential to influence creativity and creativity. Creating Entrepreneurial Culture and Mood in the Entrepreneurial Entrepreneurial Community can play a role and management-systemic strategies, educational-skill strategy, personal strategy and environmental strategy are the next priorities influencing creativity and empowerment perception, so consider Organizational entrepreneurship heirs are very important, there are clear performance metrics that can guide efforts and evaluate the results.
