The main purpose of the present study was to design and fit the optimal model of learning organization in education with emphasis on knowledge management. This study was conducted using consecutive exploratory design (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative phase, data was collected by in-depth interviews with 20 experts in the field of educational management and education managers of Education Department of Tehran, selected by theoretical sampling method. The research data was provided by the thematic analysis method, analyzed themes network and the conceptual model of network measurement of the learning organization in Education. The qualitative results indicated that the optimal model of learning organization in Education consisted of six comprehensive themes and in total of 259 basic themes has been theoretically saturated. In the quantitative phase using a researcher-made questionnaire tool which was based on basic themes of qualitative study, the data was collected from 226 managers and staff of Education Department of Tehran, selected by multistage cluster sampling. The quantitative section indicated that the empirical model of network measurement of learning organization in Education Department of Tehran has a quite optimal fit and the knowledge management dimension has the most significant contribution in evaluating the empirical model of the learning organization, compared to the other five dimensions. Upon results of thid research could be conclusion that em;hasising on knowledge management can help actualizing and developing organizations specially education. In other words, for recovering organizations performance and deferent institutes can laying on knowledge management developing in learning organizations.

This study is preliminary based on two main goals. One study on what has happen to Institutionalizing of knowledge management and secondly considering element for to Institutionalizing of knowledge management to a model. This study was conducted through Appling is on the basis of qualitative and grounded theory of research. For achieving such goals, we have used three different techniques: documentary method, focus group and interview. Statistical society of this study comprises faculty members of universities and talented expertise from related field. The focus group including 6 faculty members from universities and we selected 4 faculty members and two expertise in order to conduct deeply consideration through interviews. We have applied the purposive samling. In order to analyses data gained through interview we used Strauss method for coding the data that it was comprises of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The findings show that Institutionalizing of knowledge management is faced with challenges that we point out 10 crucial challenges and the reason behind of such challenges are due to lack of appropriate organizational culture, lack of specialized bodies, insufficient managerial capabilities and inadequate infrastructures. Subsequently we could identify 3 different captions for Institutionalizing of knowledge management as follow: 1) management 2) organizational culture 3) infrastructure (human resources and supplies and equipment’s). Accordingly, we have provided subtitles for each caption. Such model can play a crucial role in Institutionalizing of knowledge management in Iranian universities. Based upon such model we develop a program for implementation of knowledge management.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to "identify the factors affecting organizational intelligence in Islamic Azad universities using a basic theory and a case study in Islamic Azad University of Kermanshah. The research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of method and method of implementation, it is a type of exploratory-sequential mixed study with a classification approach (combined research methods). The statistical population of this study was in the human sector, professors and academic experts in the field of education at Islamic Azad universities, and in the documents section, articles, books and studies in the field of organizational intelligence. Selection of samples in the human section was carried out in the form of selective sampling, in which 11 participants participated. The necessary data were collected from two sources: (a) the study of texts; (b) interviews with experts. In the text section, qualitative analysis of the text by deductive-inductive method and the method of the analysis of the content were used. In the interview section, the field theory analysis method was used. Analysis of qualitative research data was done using the underlying theory. The findings of the analysis of qualitative data using basic theory, after extracting the main codes and forming the central codes, classified the factors affecting organizational intelligence in 9 Islamic Azad universities. These factors include: "management, processing and sharing of information", "attention to organizational communication", "transforming an organization into a learning organization", "employing effective systems of encouragement and punishment", "individual characteristics of employees and professors of the organization", " Employing powerful executives and leaders "," focusing on proper planning, "" focusing on the use of modern technologies, "and" organizational support ". Based on the results, it is suggested that in Islamic Azad universities, organizational infrastructure in order to support and support the use of specialist forces and knowledge management, to create and apply specialist forces at high levels of management, the conditions for using knowledge management In order to integrate the intellectual potential of the organizational forces.

The ever-increasing development of industry, information and technology in the world is moving forward at a fast pace. Countries seeking self-sufficiency and universal independence must prepare their country for sustainable entrepreneurship, production and employment, and human resources in the industry, in order to cope with the gap between existing skills and new skills. Under these conditions, we recognize the importance of the mission of universities that are active in the training of skilled entrepreneurs. Knowledge management in organizations, especially educational organizations, is an effective solution to this problem. This research, based on the Foundation's data strategy, studies the knowledge management strategy at the technical and vocational college. The research data were collected through 14 managers and technical experts, and semi-structured interviews. Validity and validity of the research data were confirmed by the opinions of the experts of the research based on the data of the Foundation as well as by the interviewees. Therefore, the results of this research were derived from the following conditions. Strategies include: 1. Entrepreneur training 2. Improvement of human resources 3. Qualification of university education as well as causal conditions including: 1. Human resource potential 2. University mission (entrepreneurship), as well as categories or pivot phenomena including: leadership of the organization, as well as The field includes: 1. Intellectual capital 2. Knowledge 3. The aim of this study was to test the relationship between knowledge management strategies (knowledge application, sharing and retrieval) with individual and organizational learning capacities in Tehran’s male secondary schools within 2014-2015 academic year. The research methodology was correlation. Participants were 235 male secondary school teachers who were selected by using cluster sampling method. Measures included knowledge management processes (cheng, 2012), individual and organizational learning capacities (Sallis & Jones, 2002). The Data were analyzed based on structural equation model (path analysis model) and by SPSS 19 and LISREL 8.8 software. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between knowledge sharing with individual learning capacity and organizational learning capacity. Meanwhile, knowledge application directly effects on the individual learning capacity while knowledge retrieval has an impact on organizational learning capacity. But no interaction relationship was established between individual learning capacity and the organizational one (mediator variables).
