The purpose of this study was to identify the factors and characteristics of professional high school principals in Tehran based on religious teachings. The research method was mixed and according to interviews with experts. The sample consisted of 16 experts who were selected by purposeful sampling and snowball sampling and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. In this study, factors and indices were identified based on theoretical and research literature and experts rated them on a 5-point Likert scale for importance and also raised questions in response to open-ended questions. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and one-sample t-test and the results of open-ended question were analyzed with MAXQDA software. Based on the findings of this study, 7 factors and 66 indicators were identified from the viewpoint of experts and experts on factors affecting the professional ethics of school principals. These factors are: 1. Individual factor 2. Social factor 3. Ethical factor 4. Technical-specialized factor 5. Research factor 6. Economic Factor. Legal Fact.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of professional ethics on job performance with the mediating role of religiosity in work among Hamedan province teachers.The method according to purpose was Practical, The method of data collection was Descriptive correlational, as well as the type of data was quantitative. The population consisted Hamedan province teachers that were selected 330 members by using Sample size calculation based on structural equation and cluster random method as the sample size. To collect the data, three standard questionnaires were used Glock and Stark rligiosity in work (1965), Professional Ethics of Armito et al. (2011), and Hersey and Goldsmith's Performance Questionnaire (2008). After collecting the data, they were described through the mean, standard deviation by SPSS-21 software and data Statistical Inference was carried out through structural equation modeling with the help of LISREL-v8.80 software. Questionnaires Technical characteristics were assessed including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity. Path coefficient and significant coefficients were used to examine the hypotheses. The results showed that the degree of appropriateness of proposed model was appropriate with regard to components research. Also the results of the study indicated that professional ethics has significant impact on job performance with the mediating role of religiosity in work among Hamedan province teachers.
