The aim of this study was to determine the effect of "teacher correctional feedback" on the anxiety level of Covid-19 female students with depression in Ardabil secondary high school. This research was a quasi-experimental study in which a pre-test-post-test design with a control group was used. The sample of the study was 40 subjects who were among high school girls with depression in the Beck 2 depression list of Ardabil city using multi-stage random cluster random sampling method and using simple random sampling method. The intervention groups were "providing teacher correction feedback" (20 people) and control (20 people). For the intervention group, 12 sessions of 90 minutes were performed. For data collection Covid-19 Anxiety Questionnaire Alipour et al(2017) and Beck Depression inventory version two(1978) were used in the pre-test and post-test stages for the two intervention and control groups. Data were analyzed in SPSS software version 24. The results of multivariate and univariate analysis of covariance showed a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The results showed that the anxiety level of Covid-19 in the intervention group was significantly reduced compared to the control group (P <0.01). Therefore, According to the results it was found that "teacher Corrective feedback" has a positive and significant effect on the anxiety of Covid-19 female students with depression. Therefore, the relevant authorities working in the field of education should pay special attention of teacher Corrective feedback in this Covid-19 course in order to reduce the level of anxiety in students with depression.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of mediating social support, perception, and self-perception in relation to beliefs, intelligence, and cognitive flexibility with academic performance. The research method was descriptive-correlation in the form of structural equation modeling. The statistical population was all male and female students in the ninth grade of the first year of high school in Tehran in the academic year of 1997-98. 450 students were selected as a sample using multi-stage cluster random sampling method. The research instruments included the Dortaj (2004) Academic Performance Questionnaire, Abdel Fattah Hawitz (ITIS), Cognitive Flexibility (CFI), Deniso & Wonderwell (2010), Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), Zimento et al. Research data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings indicated that perceived support did not play a mediating role in the relationship between intelligence variables and academic performance. Also, the relationship between intelligence beliefs and academic performance with the mediating role of self-perception showed that the indirect effect is not significant. Another finding on the mediating role of support and perception in the relationship between cognitive flexibility and performance showed that the relationship between variables has an indirect and significant effect, but self-perception is not able to play a mediating role in the relationship between cognitive flexibility and performance. It can be concluded that in this age group (ninth grade), cognitive flexibility directly and indirectly affects academic performance through perceived social support. The research findings are useful for education policy makers.

The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of job burnout on organizational commitment with the mediation of organizational silence among teachers of first secondary schools in Noorabad city. The research method was descriptive-correlation of the type of structural equations. The statistical population of the research was all the teachers of the first secondary schools of Noorabad city in the academic year of 2001-2001, numbering 320 people. To select the sample, Krejcie & Morgan table was used and 175 people were selected by stratified random sampling method. In order to collect information, three standard questionnaires of Milliman's job plateau (1992), Allen and Mayer's (1990) organizational commitment, and Dine et al.'s (2003) organizational silence were used. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach were used for data analysis. The research findings showed that there is no significant relationship between job burnout and organizational commitment at the 0.05 level, but with the mediation of organizational silence, this relationship is negative and significant. Also, organizational silence has a negative and significant relationship with organizational commitment at the 99% confidence level, and job burnout has a positive and significant relationship with organizational silence at the 99% confidence level. In general, it is concluded that the conceptual model of the effectiveness of organizational commitment on job burnout with the mediating role of organizational silence does not fit with the empirical model.

The present study was conducted with the aim of clarifying the existing and desirable situation of similar functions of institutional research in Babol Noshirvani University of Technology. The Survey population consisted of 70 experts of Babol Noshirvani University of Technology, 60 of whom were selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this study was the standard questionnaire for the evaluation of institutional research functions that contained 37 pairs of corresponding questions, which were designed based on the five-point Likert scale. To analyze the data using Wilcoxon's tests, Spearman correlation using SPSS21 software was used. The findings showed that there is a gap in all aspects of institutional research. In the dimensions, from the highest to the lowest gap in this analysis are for policies, information authority, accountability, evaluation, research and decision making, communication and intermediate, the greatest gap is related to the assessment of the degree and success rate of graduates in engagement and entrepreneurship. From the evaluation point and the lowest gap is related to the relationship between universities and international institutions from communication point. There is a positive correlation between the between all of gaps. The status quo for institutional research is not meeting expectations from experts in Babol Noushirvani University of Technology. Given the effects and interactions of the gaps on each other, the adoption of a multifaceted decision-making approach to manage and reduce existing distances is inevitable. In this regard, the establishment of an institutional research office can be a good way to this achieve goals.

The purpose of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of problem solving training on quality of life and social problem solving of gifted girls with less success than expected. In this research, using a semi-experimental method, two groups of experimental and control were participated in 3 phases; pre, post and follow-up (after 2 months) test. The target population was the number of all second-grade high school students in Karaj City's gifted student schools in the academic year of 95-96. One high school for gifted children was randomly selected out of 4 schools. In the statistical population, from 192 students, 57 students with Raven scores above 125, and the teacher-made achievement test score below 50 were selected .30 of them who had lower scores in academic achievement were randomly assigned to two groups. To gather the data, social problem-solving inventory (SPSI-R) (D, Zurilla & et al 2002) and the WHOQOL-BREF quality of life assessment (The World Health Organization, 1998) were used. The experimental group was regularly trained in problem solving skills during 8 sessions of 90 minutes of group counseling sessions, once in a week. In the inferential level Analysis of Covariance Test (ANCOVA) was used. Findings showed that the problem-solving education, significantly increased the quality of life and constructive social problem solving in the experimental group compared to before training and control group. The education, could not significantly decrease no adaptive social problem-solving in the experimental group. Group therapy was effective in the follow up session.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cooperative learning on academic achievement motivation and anxiety. The design of research was experimental design with pre-test and post-test with control group. From district 5, by cluster sampling, two sixth grade from two different girl’s schools were selected as the experimental group (N = 40) and the control group (N = 40). In pre-test both groups completed the Spence Children's Anxiety Scale (2003) and Hermans Academic Achievement Questioner (1970). Then, in the experimental group, all courses were provided with cooperative learning method for two months. While control group was taught in the traditional way. After two months both groups completed the Spence Children's Anxiety Scale (2003) and Hermans Academic Achievement Questioner (1970). By using analysis of covariance, the results showed that cooperative learning reduced students’ anxiety and increased academic achievement motivation (p<0/001). The implication for using collaborative learning by teachers in the classrooms to reduce anxiety and increase academic achievement motivation was also discussed.
