انجمن پژوهش‌های آموزشی ایران پژوهش در نظام‌های آموزشی 2383-1324 19 71 2025 12 22 Exploring the Perceived Understanding of 12th Grade Students in Ilam Province About Their Career Future کاوش فهم ادراک‌شدة دانش‌‌آموزان پایة دوازدهم استان ایلام از آیندة شغلی خود 95 108 243381 10.22034/jiera.2026.579597.3483 FA ولی محمد درینی دانشیار گروه مدیریت بازرگانی، دانشکده مدیریت و اقتصاد، دانشگاه پیام‌نور، تهران، ایران. 0009-0008-0353-002X محمد تابان دانشگاه ایلام 0000-0002-6075-4176 حامد قاسم پور دکتری مدیریت دولتی، دانشکده مدیریت و اقتصاد، دانشگاه لرستان، خرم‌آباد، ایران Journal Article 2026 04 26 Objective: the present study was conducted with the aim of knowing the perception of twelfth grade students in Ilam province regarding the category of their career future. <br>Method: this research is qualitative and in terms of strategy , the content analysis of clark and brown (2006) approach was used .the participants of this study were the twelfth grade students in ilam province who were selected by non - probability sampling method with 40 subjects with focus on theoretical saturation principle, semi - structured interviews.<br>Results: the perceptual geometry of the 12th grade students of ilam province from the future of their career through five themes in the thinking of the financial treasury (with three sub themes of high income radical - craving and the role of leadership in business), creation of entrepreneurial ability (with two sub themes of family perspective and expectations suffering) and informed choice of future job (with two sub themes of business intelligence and avoidance of career complexity) were built.<br>Conclusions: The present study brings theoretical and strategic innovations in the field of future careers of twelfth grade students and helps students, school administrators, teachers, and coaches understand, recognize, and effectively plan the career path and future careers of future leaders هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف آگاهی از ادراک دانش‌آموزان پایة دوازدهم استان ایلام نسبت به مقولة آیندة شغلی خویش اجرایی شده بود.<br>روش: این پژوهش از نظر روش کیفی است و از حیث راهبرد از تحلیل مضمون نسخة استاندارد کلارک و براون (2006) استفاده شده بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش، دانش‌آموزان پایة دوازدهم در استان ایلام بودند که با استفاده روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی هدف‌مند با 48 نفر از آنها با تمرکز بر قاعدة اشباع نظری، مصاحبة نیمه ساختار یافته صورت گرفته بود.<br>یافته‏ها: ادراک دانش‌آموزان پایة دوازدهم استان ایلام از آیندة شغلی خود برآیند 59 کد اولیه، 12 کد فرعی و 5 تِمِ در اندیشة فزون‌سازی خزانة مالی، ساخت نیافتن توان کارآفرینی، پیشران‌های زایندة بطالت، گذر از کسب و کار حاصله از تحصیل دانش و انتخاب آگاهانة شغل آینده ساخت یافته بود. <br>نتیجه‏ گیری: پژوهش حاضر به دانش‌آموزان، مدیران مدارس، معلمان و مربیان در درک، شناخت و برنامه‌ریزی مؤثر مسیر شغلی و آیندة آنها کمک می‌کند. https://www.jiera.ir/article_243381_7affd9016013a87a3d71a0d413469af8.pdf
