In this research, a qualitative method of systematic review was used to determine the factors affecting technology leadership in schools. In this research, articles indexed in reputable domestic and foreign scientific journal databases (Science Direct, Emerald, and Springer for foreign articles and SID and Magiran for domestic articles) during the years 2018-2025 were reviewed on the topics of "technology leadership", and during this period 335 articles were reviewed and screened to the point of theoretical saturation, and finally 54 articles were examined for final analysis. During the studies conducted, 38 primary codes were drawn and finally a network of themes with 2 overarching themes, 5 constructive themes, and 25 basic themes was drawn.<br><strong>Results</strong>: According to the results of the study, factors affecting technology leadership in schools include individual (cognitive, psychological, and functional) and organizational (human resources and process) factors. <br><strong>Conclusions</strong>: In general, it can be said that identifying the factors affecting technology leadership in schools will improve the quality of educational technologies in schools by principals, and the use of selected smart and electronic tools is also essential for the growth of education in schools. <strong><span lang="FA">هدف:</span></strong><strong> </strong><span lang="FA">پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر رهبری فناوری در مدارس اجرا شد.</span><br><strong><span lang="FA">روش پژوهش</span></strong><strong><span lang="FA">:</span></strong><span lang="FA">روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا بود. در این تحقیق ابتدا مقاله‌های نمایه شده در پایگاه‌های نشریات علمی معتبرداخلی و خارجی (</span><span dir="LTR">s</span><span dir="LTR">cience direct</span><span lang="FA">،</span><span dir="LTR">emerald</span><span lang="FA">،</span><span dir="LTR">springer</span><span lang="FA">برای مقالات خارجی </span><span lang="FA">و </span><span dir="LTR">SID</span><span lang="FA"> و </span><span dir="LTR">magiran</span><span lang="FA">برای مقالات داخلی) طی سال‏های 1404-1398، حول موضوعات «رهبری فناوری» بررسی شد و طی آن 335 مقاله مورد بررسی و غربال‌گری تا حد اشباع نظری قرار گرفت و 54 مقاله تحلیل محتوا شد. </span><br><strong><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><strong> </strong><span lang="FA">طی بررسی‏های انجام شده، تعداد 38 کُد اولیه و شبکه مضامین با 2 مضمون فراگیر، 5 مضمون سازنده و 25 مضمون پایه به‏دست آمد. مطابق نتایج پژوهش، عوامل مؤثر بر رهبری فناوری در مدارسشامل عوامل فردی (شناختی، روانی و عملکردی) و سازمانی (منابع انسانی و فرایندی) بود.</span><br><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">به‌طور کلی می‌توان گفت شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر رهبری فناوری در مدارس، باعث ارتقاء سطح کیفیت فناوری آموزشی در مدارس توسط مدیران خواهد شد، و استفاده از ابزارهای هوشمند و الکترونیکی منتخب نیز برای رشد آموزش در مدارس ضروری هستند</span>. https://www.jiera.ir/article_238683_ef69ab6d780f30176f64900d2a4dfdd6.pdf
