Which was done by descriptive method of causal-comparative studies. The statistical population of this study was selected from all hospitals in Tehran's third district and the sample size was equal to 97 people (47 nurses in the intensive care unit and 50 nurses in the normal ward). Data collection tools in this study included the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (short form) (1989), Goldberg and Hiller General Health Questionnaire (1979), Toronto Bagby et al (1994). Emotional Dysfunction Scale, Simmons and Gaher(2005). Methods of data analysis in this study using the questionnaires in the descriptive section including describing the demographic characteristics of the sample group, mean, standard deviation, and preparing a frequency distribution table, statistical graphs, and in the analysis of hypotheses. Achieving the result was analyzed using independent t-test by SPSS22 software. The results showed that there was a significant difference between quality of life in nurses working in intensive care units and nurses working in normal wards. The quality of life of nurses working in normal wards is higher than nurses in special wards and also mental health, emotional malaise and tolerance of anxiety of nurses working in special wards are higher than nurses in normal wards. According to the results of the present study, providing adequate personal protective equipment and creating the conditions for using counseling and psychological services in a timely manner, along with other security and incentive measures, can be useful in reducing the psychological overload of nurses.}, keywords = {Quality of Life,mental health,emotional malaise,Distress tolerance}, title_fa = {مقایسة کیفیت زندگی، سلامت روان، ناگویی هیجانی و تحمل پریشانی در پرستارانِ بخش مراقبت‏ از بیماران کووید- 19 با پرستاران سایر بخش ‏ها}, abstract_fa = {هدف از انجام این پژوهش مقایسه کیفیت زندگی، سلامت روان، ناگویی هیجانی و تحمل پریشانی پرستاران شاغل در بخش‏های ویژه مراقبت از بیماران کووید-19(کرونا) با پرستاران سایر بخش‏ها بود که با روش توصیفی از نوع مطالعات علی-مقایسه‏ای انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمام پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‏های منطقه سه تهران بود، که از بین آن‌ها نمونه‏ای برابر 97 نفر (47 نفر پرستار در بخش مراقبت‏ از بیماران کووید-19، 50 نفر پرستار در بخش عادی) با روش در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی (فرم کوتاه) سازمان بهداشت جهانی (1989)، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی Goldberg & Hilder (1979)، مقیاس ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو Bagbay et al., 1994) (، مقیاس تحمل پریشانی Simons & Gaher (2005) بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از آزمون t مستقل و نرم‌افزار SPSS22 استفاده شد. یافته‏ها نشان داد کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان پرستاران شاغل در بخش‏های عادی از پرستاران شاغل در بخش‏های کرونا بالاتر است؛ اما تحمل پریشانی و ناگویی هیجانی پرستاران شاغل در بخش کرونا بالاتر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش‏های عادی بود. براساس نتایج بررسی حاضر، تأمین تجهیزات محافظت شخصی کافی و ایجاد زمینه بهره‌گیری از خدمات مشاوره و روان‌شناسی به‌موقع، در کنار سایر اقدامات تأمینی و تشویقی، می‏تواند در کاهش اضافه‌بار روانی پرستاران مفید باشد.}, keywords_fa = {کیفیت زندگی,سلامت روان,ناگویی هیجانی,تحمل پریشانی,پرستاران}, url = {https://www.jiera.ir/article_146922.html}, eprint = {https://www.jiera.ir/article_146922_750712a2002b6c631669f127ca793be7.pdf} }
