Abstract Objective: Considering the gap between technical and vocational education and the needs of the Iranian labor market, this study aimed to design an e-learning model based on entrepreneurial skills for conservatories. Method: This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method. Data were collected in 1404 through semi-structured interviews with 18 experts (including conservatorie teachers, e-learning specialists, and entrepreneurs in Tehran) who were selected through a purposeful method. Data analysis was conducted according to the six steps of Brown and Clark (2006) using MAXQDA software. Results: Analysis of the interviews led to the identification of 8 main themes including “redefining the role of the teacher as an entrepreneurship facilitator”, “problem-based and market-oriented content design”, “digital networking with industry”, “dynamic and competency-based assessment”, “flexible and accessible technical infrastructure”, “organizational support and entrepreneurial school culture”, “psychological empowerment and entrepreneurial self-efficacy”, and “gamification and business simulation”. These themes were presented in the form of a conceptual model. Conclusions: The presented model emphasizes the need to move from traditional education towards experiential, networked and technological learning. Implementing this model requires a transformation in the role of the teacher, the curriculum and the interaction of the conservatory with the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Abstract Identifying the factors contributing to quality of academic research in humanities and social sciences
Abstract
, identifying the factors contributing to quality of academic research, especially in humanities and social sciences, deserves special attention. Given differences in research quality criteria in different fields, the present study adopted the methods of systematic literature review and thematic analysis to identify the dominant values and themes relevant to research quality in humanities and social sciences. Within the systematic literature review, all the related researchers were retrieved from international and national databases and then filtered. The criteria and themes influencing research quality were extracted from a select number of related researches. The extracted criteria were coded in three stages. This yielded three categories, namely inclusive themes, organizing themes, and basic themes. The themes were validated through consultation with the experts in humanities and social sciences. According to the results, inclusive themes included the research infrastructure, organizational climate, accurate scientific plan, scientific desirability, research productivity, scientific influence and authority, innovative visualization. The results are expected to help researchers conduct quality research. Moreover, the findings can help enhance academic research management systems in their accurate evaluation of researches, particularly in humanities and social sciences.

Abstract This article is intended to identify the causes of the trainee’s reduction in private vocational and technical institutes. According to the purpose, an exploratory mixed research method was selected as the appropriate method of research. The research method consists of two qualitative and quantitative steps. In the qualitative stage, the data were collected using thematic analysis and conducting targeted and in-depth interviews with 20 experts in technical and vocational education. Then, with the initial coding and the definition of the main and sub-themes, Factors affecting the reduction of trainees in private technical and vocational institutes were identified. In the quantitative stage, a questionnaire was set up based on the results of the first stage interviews. The statistical sample at this stage was 270 managers and founders of private technical and vocational institutes in East Azarbaijan province. Data was collected through a questionnaire categorized using exploratory factor analysis. That way, the effective factors on the reduction of trainees were re-identified. The results of exploratory factor analysis were in line with the results of Thematic Analysis. The results of both qualitative and quantitative methods indicate that institute factors (physical resources, human and finance resources, educational programs and educational marketing), organizational factors (content, policy, support, evaluation) and environmental factors (competitors, labor market, community culture, laws and government policies) are three major factors affecting the reduction of trainees in private technical and vocational institutes.
