یکی از وظایف اصلی مراکز آموزشی، تربیت نیروهای انسانی مجهز به دانش آینده است که علاوه بر حل مسئله و رفع مشکلات روزمره زندگی بتوانند به نوآوری و اختراع نیز بیندیشند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اثرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم سبک‌های یادگیری و خودکارآمدی پژوهشی دانشجویان بر قابلیت آیندهپژوهی آنان بود. بدین منظور تعداد 220 دانشجوی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر شیراز به شیوه خوشهای انتخاب و از طریق پرسشنامه‌های سبک‌های یادگیری وارک (1998)، خودکارآمدی پژوهشی (صالحی، 1390) و قابلیت آیندهپژوهی (پارسا و همکاران، 2011) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. ضرایب همبستگی به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که بین ابعاد سبک‌های یادگیری به‌عنوان متغیرهای برونزای مدل با خودکارآمدی پژوهشی و قابلیت آیندهپژوهی همبستگی وجود دارد. سبک شنیداری و سبک خواندنی- نوشتنی تأثیر مستقیم و معنادار در افزایش قابلیت آیندهپژوهی داشت. خودکارآمدی پژوهشی علاوه بر اثرات مستقیم توانست رابطه بین سبک‌های یادگیری و قابلیت آیندهپژوهی را مورد واسطهگیری قرار دهد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد که سبک‌های یادگیری و خودکارآمدی پژوهشی میتواند پیامدهای یادگیری دانشجویان را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. بنابراین شناسایی متغیرهای پیدا و پنهان در کلاس درس میتواند به ارتقاء سطح دانش یادگیرندگان کمک کرده و آن‌ها را به خلق دانش و توانایی پیش‌بینی آینده هدایت نماید.

The major purpose of the study, reported in this paper, was to investigate these postulates about the students and the faculty members of the School ofEducation and Psychology at Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran, Iran.The Learning Style Questionnaire (Peter Honey, 2006) and The Trainer Style Questionnaire (Peter Honey, 2007), which have identical categorization for teaching/learning styles, were used to identify styles, and for identifying students’ satisfaction, Siddharthan’s questionnaire (1999) was employed. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in the students’ learning styles, based on their gender, college degree and major. The data also revealed that instructor’s teaching styles, whether indicated by themselves—considered as ‘intended teaching style’— or by their students—considered as ‘actualized teaching style’—were consistent with their learning styles, also significant differences were found in teaching styles of the instructors, based on gender and no differences based on academic discipline. The results also indicated that students whoselearning styles were congruent with the instructor’s teaching style were more satisfied than those who did not enjoy this congruity.
