Green education in Iran’s Higher Education System: Analysis of Strategic Educational Documents

Abstract Since the administration of affairs related to compiling, revising, changing and approving curricula in Iran's higher education follows a spectrum between a centralized approach and a semi-centralized approach, hence the activity of the educational systems, especially the higher education system, in line with The management of environmental crises is influenced by the policies and ideals of macro and upstream levels. Based on this, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the amount of attention paid to the goals and concepts of green education in digital documents that have an effect on higher education, using the qualitative method of document analysis. In this research, four long-term, medium-term and short-term upstream documents of the country were examined using content analysis. The results of the present research indicate that the concepts of green education have been paid attention to to a great extent in the hand-held documents, but the amount of attention to these matters is reduced at micro levels. In other words, attention to the ideals and goals of green education at operational levels becomes less. Therefore, the proposal of this research is to establish and establish an institution consisting of experts and experts in the field of green education in order to prepare and formulate operational strategies for the implementation of goals and policies in the field of green education.

Canonical Correlation Analysis for fostering skills based on sustainable development on the innovation competence of engineering students

Abstract A sustainable future is shaped by the development of a global mindset through the foster of skills and innovation in sustainable universities. In this regard, the aim of the study was to focus on fostering skills based on sustainable development on innovation competence of engineering students of Sistan and Baluchestan University. The research method was correlation. The study population was postgraduate engineering students of Sistan and Baluchestan University and the sample of 265 people was performed based on a simple random. The research instrument was two questionnaires of fostering skills based on sustainable development and students' innovation competence. Confirmatory validity, composied reliability and Cronbach's alpha were all reported to be appropriate tools. The method of analysis using SPSS software was Canonical Correlation analysis and regression. The results showed that there is a relationship between all components of fostering skills based on sustainable development and innovation competence of engineering students. On the other hand, all components of fostering skills have the power to predict the components of individual, interpersonal and network competence in innovation. It can be said that universities are constructive by fostering sustainable skills in order to create innovative competencies in shaping the future of a sustainable society.

Designing a curriculum based on sustainable development, professional development and citizenship education and its validation from the perspective of specialists

Abstract The purpose of this study was to design a curriculum based on sustainable development, professional development and citizenship education and its validation from the perspective of specialists. The curriculum based on Tyler's Globalization approach includes goals, content, teaching methods and curriculum evaluation. The statistical population of this research includes professors and faculty members in the field of sustainable development and professional development and citizenship education working in Tehran universities and specialists in the education system in this field. To determine the required sample size, a targeted trial sampling Which number is 30 people. the way for collecting data is a researcher-made questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics are used to analyze the data. After validity, by content validity ratio of CVR and CVI content validity index, 13 items in the goals section, 13 content items, 9 items of teaching methods and 6 evaluation points were obtained, which consisted of 41 items in total.

Abstract The purpose of the present study, which is descriptive-analytic, is to investigate and assess the level of development and explanation of the gap between the cities of Ardebil province in terms of educational indicators. Information about 53 indicators in the form of physical facilities educational and educational spaces, educational facilities for students, Students 'academic achievement, economic productivity indices, human resource indices by referring to the statistical and libraries' annual reports, institutional indicators, non-cognitive indices and process indicators were also collected through a questionnaire. Information about the province's education and training, population and housing censuses, statistical yearbooks, and computer data from Iran's Statistics Center have been gathered. SPSS software version 20 and Excel2016 have been used to perform computations. Using Vicon models and the entropy weighing method, the ranking of education and training areas of the province has been carried out. Then, through statistical models such as regression analysis and analysis of variance, ANP network analysis process has been used to analyze the factors affecting the development of education areas in Ardabil province. Finally, the most influential indicators were identified. Based on the findings, Ardebil city ranked first in the first rank and in the city of Aslandoz.
