چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی نقش استفاده از شبکه‏های اجتماعی مجازی در توسعه حرفه‏ای دبیران زبان انگلیسی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش 170 نفر از دبیران زبان انگلیسی استان خراسان جنوبی در سال تحصیلی 1397-1396 بودند. تعداد 118 نفر از دبیران زبان انگلیسی با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‏ای و با استفاده از جدول مورگان به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها، از دو پرسشنامه‏ی استفاده از شبکه‏های اجتماعی شی و همکاران (2014) و توسعه حرفه‏ای معلمان حسینی (1393) استفاده شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از روش‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه و تحلیل رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در استفاده از شبکه‏های اجتماعی با سطح تحصیلات متفاوت وجود دارد (05/0P<)؛ اما تفاوت معناداری در جنسیت و تعامل جنسیت با سطح تحصیلات در استفاده از شبکه‏های اجتماعی وجود نداشت. همبستگی بین استفاده تعاملی از شبکه‏های اجتماعی و توسعه حرفه‏ای منفی و معنادار است و استفاده تعاملی از شبکه‏های اجتماعی درصد کمی (07/0) از توسعه حرفه‏ای را تبیین می‏کند. به‌طورکلی استفاده از شبکه ‏های اجتماعی پیش‌بینی کننده توسعه حرفه‏ای دبیران نیست؛ بنابراین استفاده نابجا و غیر هدفمند از شبکه‏های اجتماعی توسعه حرفه‏ای معلمان را کاهش ‏می‏دهد.
