چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثرات آموزش شناختی بر حافظه کاری و توجه متمرکز کودکان مضطرب بوده است. روش پژوهش حاضر شبه آزمایشی است که جامعه پژوهش کلیه دانش‌آموزان مقطع دبستان شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 94-95 بود. نمونه‌گیری در دو مرحله و با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود، 44 دانش‌آموز پسر 9-8 ساله مضطرب انتخاب گشتند، روش نمونه‌گیری به این صورت بود که در مرحله اول از طریق نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای 358 نفر انتخاب شدند و آزمون اضطراب بر روی آن‌ها اجرا گردید که 137 نفر با اضطراب بالا انتخاب شدند و در مرحله دوم نمونه‌گیری، با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود 76 دانش‌آموز انتخاب‌شده و آزمون هوش ریون برای همسان‌سازی هوش اجرا و تعداد 44 نفر انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی (نفر 22) و گواه (نفر 22) قرار گرفتند و درنهایت داده‌های 36 نفر از شرکت‌کنندگان مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. برای همسان‌سازی شرکت‌کنندگان از مصاحبه بالینی، آزمون هوش ریون و آزمون اضطراب آشکار کودکان استفاده شد و ابزارهای پژوهش آزمون حافظه کاری، آزمون دقت متمرکز و پراکنده است. در شروع برای همه شرکت‌کنندگان پیش‌آزمون حافظه کاری و دقت متمرکز و پراکنده اجرا شد. سپس شرکت‌کنندگان گروه آزمایش به مدت 5 هفته و در قالب 10 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای آموزش شناختی دریافت کردند و در پایان برای شرکت‌کنندگان هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون اجرا گردید. از آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره جهت آزمون آماری فرضیه‌ها استفاده شد. تحلیل نتایج حاکی از تأثیر معنادار آموزش شناختی بر افزایش دقت و تمرکز حافظه کاری بودِ. همچنین تأثیر معنادار آموزش شناختی بر بازداری و سرعت پردازش توجه متمرکز نیز در نتایج مشاهده شد. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، روش آموزش شناختی تأثیر معناداری بر بهبود حافظه کاری و توجه متمرکز کودکان مضطرب داشت، بنابراین نقش آموزش‌های شناختی مبتنی بر کنترل توجه، بازداری و تغییر توجه و حافظه، بیش‌ازپیش روشن می‌شود.
