چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه میان هوش عاطفی، ویژگیهای شخصیت و رضایت شغلی و نیز
بررسی نقش تعدیلکنندگی جنسیت در رابطۀ بین این متغیرها در گروهی از دبیران دبیرستانها ی شهر
شیراز بود. برای این منظور 145 دبیر مرد و 155 دبیر زن پرسشنامۀ هوش عاطفی (پترایدز و فارنهام،
گاسلینگ، رینتفرو و سوان، 2003 ) و پرسشنام ۀ ،TIPI) 2001 )، پرسشنامۀ 10 گویه ای شخصیت
اسپکتر، 1985 ) را تکمیل کردند. یافتهها نشان دادند که هوش عاطفی و برخی از ،JSS) رضایت شغلی
عوامل شخصیت، پیش بین های خوبی برای رضایت شغلی دبیران بودند اما جنسیت نقش تعدیلکنندگی
در روابط بین هوش عاطفی، ویژگیهای شخصیت و رضایت شغلی دبیران داشت.
