چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی راهبردهای موثر جهت طرحریزی فرایند رشد مسیر شغلی دانش آموزان با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. جمعیت مورد مطالعه، اسناد و متون چاپ شده، اعم از کتب و مقالات مرتبط با رشد مسیر شغلی دانش آموزان در بازه زمانی بین سالهای 1390 تا 1400 بودند. با توجه به ملاک های موردنظر، تعداد 21 مورد (7 کتاب و 14 مقاله) با بهره گیری از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده ها پس از جمع آوری، با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون 6 مرحله ای براون و کلارک (2012) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. براساس محتوای کتب و مقالات، 1 مضمون فراگیر با عنوان «بسترهای اکتشافی و تجربه ای»؛ 6 مضمون سازمان دهنده شامل «مکاشفه شخصی، مکاشفه شغلی، طرحریزی شغلی، آموزش و مهارت افزایی، برنامه های مرتبط با شغل در مدرسه؛ و اقدامات ملّی» و 291 مضمون پایه بدست آمد. با توجه به مضامین شناسایی شده، طرحریزی رشد مسیر شغلی دانش آموزان در قالب یک فرایند رشدی پیشرونده، جهت انتقال موفقیت آمیز از مدرسه به دنیای کار ضروری است.
