چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی ملزومات و پیامدهای اجرای مدیریت ناب در آموزش و پرورش ایران با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی انجام گرفته است. میدان پژوهش شامل اساتید دانشگاه‌های ایران در گرایش های مدیریت و همچنین رشته مدیریت آموزشی در سال 1400 بود. ابزار اندازه گیری، مصاحبه در خصوص ملزومات و پیامدهای اجرای مدیریت ناب بود. مصاحبه‌ها با 15 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی تا حصول اشباع نظری ادامه پیدا کرد. برای اطمینان از روایی ابزار در جریان پژوهش از مرور خبرگان مشارکت کننده و همچنین نظارت سه نفر از اساتید غیر شرکت کننده در پژوهش استفاده شد. برای اطمینان از پایایی داده‌ها از روش بازبینی مکرّر مشارکت کنندگان استفاده شد. به کمک نرم افزار Maxqda، 417 گزاره مفهومی اولیه در بخش ملزومات و 346 گزاره مفهومی اولیه در بخش پیامدها شناسایی شدند و با ادغام و ترکیب آنها 18کد محوری برای ملزومات و 19 کد محوری برای پیامدها بدست آمد و در کد گذاری انتخابی، 8مقوله‌ی معرفی و ترویج روشهای ناب، استفاده از متخصصان، اقدامات هشیارانه و گام به گام، شرایط ذیتفعان، ارزشیابی اثربخش، شناسایی اتلاف ها، نقش سمن‌ها و باز تعریف ارزش، زیر عنوان ملزومات و 7مقوله‌ی تعالی آموزش و پرورش، برقراری عدالت آموزشی، مزایای فناورانه، افزایش رضایتمندی ذینفعان، افزایش بهره وری آموزشی، مسئولیت پذیری و ارزش آفرینی راهبران اجتماعی و حضور علمی در عرصه جهانی زیر عنوان پیامدهای اجرای ناب در آموزش و پرروش قرار گرفتند.
