چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر یررسی تأثیر آموزش کارآفرینی بر قصد کارآفرینی با نقش میانجی خودباوری، نگرش کارآفرینی، ذهنیت نسبت به کارآفرینی بوده است. روش پژوهش مطالعه حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 482 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های استان مازندران بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‏ای، انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل مقیاس‏های سنجش آموزش کارآفرینی (هندیاتی، 2020)، نگرش به کارآفرینی (جنا، 202) و احساس خودکارآمدی، ذهنیت نسبت به کارآفرینی و قصد کارآفرینی (واردنا و همکاران،2020) بود که پس از محاسبه روایی و پایایی آن‌ها، بین نمونه توزیع و داده‏ها با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ ها نشان دادآموزش کارآفرینی بر خودباوری، ذهنیت و نگرش (عاطفی، شناختی و رفتاری) وقصد کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است وخودباوری بر ذهنیت و نگرش (عاطفی، شناختی و رفتاری) وقصد کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است و همین طوربعد عاطفی، رفتاری نگرش بر قصد کارآفرینی تأثیر داشت اما بعد شناختی بر قصد کارآفرینی تأثیر نداشته است. چراکه، آموزش می‏تواند بسترساز رشد مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‏های افراد کارآفرینی بوده است و این عامل با تأثیری که بر نگرش افراد در زمینه قابلیت‏های خود می‏گذارد، احساس خودکارآمدی آنان را افزایش می‏دهد و ذهنیت مثیتی نسبت به کارآفرینی در آنان ایجاد کرده و قصد کارآفرینی آنان را تقویت می‌کند
