آسیب شناسی آیین نامه واگذاری اختیارات برنامه ریزی درسی به دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی(1395)
هدف از پژوهش حاضر آسیبشناسی آییننامه واگذاری اختیارات برنامهریزی درسی به دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی در سال 1396 بود. روش پژوهش کاربردی، توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات پیمایشی مقطعی بود. جامعه پژوهش کلیه اعضای هیئتعلمی گروه علوم تربیتی دانشکدههای روانشناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاههای دولتی بود که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای، نمونهای به حجم 81 نفر انتخاب گردید. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محققساخته 61 سؤالی استفاده شد. جهت تعیین پایایی و روایی ابزار از تکنیکهای آلفای کرونباخ (92/0) و نسبت روایی محتوا (71/0) استفاده شد، جهت تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای تی تک نمونهای و رتبهای فریدمن استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر آن هستند که وضعیت کل آییننامه و بعد اجرایی از دید پاسخگویان دارای وضعیت مطلوب بود، همچنین وضعیت بعد محتوایی آییننامه دارای وضعیت بسیار مطلوب است. در باب رتبهبندی ابعاد اصلی اجرایی و محتوایی آییننامه تفاوت معنادار در سطح 05/0 وجود دارد.

اثرات و نحوه ارزیابی پویا ، ارزیابی پویای رایانهای ، ارزیابی ایستا و درک مطلب
هدف این مطالعه مقایسه اثرات ارزیابی پویا رایانهای، ارزیابی پویا و ارزیابی ایستا بر عملکرد درک مطلب بود. همچنین نگرش زبانآموزان نسبت به ارزیابیهای ایستا، پویا و پویا رایانهای موردبررسی قرار گرفت. روش پژوهش از نوع ترکیبی و راهبرد اکتشافی – متوالی بوده است. به این منظور، امتیازات آزمون بهعنوان دادههای کمی و محتوای بهدستآمده از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته بهعنوان دادههای کیفی مورداستفاده قرار گرفتند. شرکتکنندگان در این مطالعه شامل 60 زبانآموز ایرانی بودند که زبان انگلیسی را بهعنوان یک زبان خارجی میآموختند و سطح مهارت آنان در زبان انگلیسی، متوسط بود. زبان آموزان به گروههای ارزیابی پویا و ارزیابی پویا رایانهای تقسیمبندی شدند. بهمنظور اطمینان حاصل کردن از عدم وجود تفاوت معنادار و قابلتوجه در درک مطلب هر یک از این گروهها، عملکرد خوانش زبانآموزان قبل از انجام این مطالعه موردبررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفت. پسازآن زبانآموزان در پسآزمون خواندن و درک مطلب شرکت کردند. در پایان در خصوص بررسی نگرش آنان نسبت به ارزیابیهای ایستا، پویا و پویا رایانهای از شرکتکنندگان مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری به عمل آمد. نتایج تحلیل آماری نشان داد که هر دو ارزیابی پویا و پویا رایانهای، تأثیرات قابلتوجهی بر بهبود عملکرد درک مفاهیم شرکتکنندگان داشتهاند. همچنین ارزیابی پویا رایانهای نسبت به ارزیابی پویا در زمینه عملکرد درک مطلب مؤثرتر بوده است. تحلیل مصاحبهها نشان داد که همه شرکتکنندگان، نگرش مثبتی نسبت به ارزیابی پویا رایانهای در مقایسه با انواع قدیمی ارزیابیهای پویا و ایستا داشتند.

تدوین مدل ساختاری ناسازگاری تحصیلی بر اساس بی عدالتی آموزشی، فرسودگی، فریبکاری تحصیلی وعدم خود کارآمدی دانشجویان
هدف پژوهش تدوین مدل ساختاری ناسازگاری تحصیلی بر اساس بیعدالتی آموزشی، فرسودگی، فریبکاری تحصیلی وعدم خود کارآمدی دانشجویان بود. روش پژوهش همبستگی در قالب الگوسازی مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه بوعلی سینای همدان در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بود. ابزارهای اندازهگیری شامل پرسشنامه عدالت آموزشی گلپرور (1389) فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو (1998)، فریبکاری تحصیلی گلپرور (1389) پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی اون و فرامن (2001)، سازگاری تحصیلی بیکر و سریاک (1984) بود. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل معادلات ساختاری روابط بین بیعدالتی آموزشی، عدمخودکارآمدی، فرسودگی و فریبکاری تحصیلی در تبیین ناسازگاری تحصیلی از برازش مناسب برخوردار است. همچنین روابط غیرمستقیم بین متغیرهای مذکور در مدل نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. این یافتهها حاکی از آن است که کنترل بیعدالتی آموزشی، میتواند گام مؤثری در جهت کاهش فرسودگی، فریبکاری، عدمخودکارآمدی و ناسازگاری تحصیلی باشد.

این مطالعه بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر بسته آموزش تابآوری بر اسنادهای علّی و راهبردهای نظمبخشی شناختی هیجان در دانشجویان انجام شد. در این پژوهش نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و همراه با پیگیری، 60 دانشجو در دو گروه آزمایش (30 نفر) و کنترل (30 نفر) قبل و بعد از آموزش به پرسشنامه سبک اسنادی (ASQ) پیترسون و همکاران (1982) و نسخة کوتاه پرسشنامة نظمدهی شناختی هیجان (CERQ-SF) گارنفسکی، کرایج و اسپینهاون (2001) پاسخ دادند. برنامه آموزش تابآوری روانشناختی به کمک ده جلسه و هر جلسه دو ساعت بهصورت گروهی برای افراد گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. یافتههای روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که در کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت برنامه آموزش تابآوری روانشناختی در افزایش میزان اسنادهای علّی مثبت و راهبردهای انطباقی مقابلة شناختی و در کاهش اسنادهای علّی منفی و راهبردهای غیرانطباقی مقابلة شناختی دانشجویان مؤثر بود. درمجموع، نتایج مطالعة حاضر نشان داد که برنامة آموزش تابآوری روانشناختی از طریق تقویت راهبردهای تفکر مثبت، راهبردهای انطباقی مدیریت هیجان و همچنین پربارسازی مهارتهای رابطة بین فردی، در تحقق ایدة ایمنسازی روانی فراگیران بهطور تجربی مؤثر واقع میشود.

بررسی تطبیقی ابعاد برنامه های توسعه حرفهای معلمان ابتدایی در ایران و کشورهای منتخب
هدف این مطالعه، بررسی تطبیقی ابعاد برنامههای توسعه حرفه ای معلمان ابتدایی در کشورهای ایران، آمریکا، مالزی، ژاپن، انگلستان و فنلاند بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی مبتنی بر تجزیه و تحلیل مقایسهای بر اساس روش «جرج بردی» بوده است. درواقع انتخاب کشورها بر اساس موفقیت آنها در حوزه برگزاری دورهها و برنامههای توسعه حرفهای معلمان ابتدایی بوده است. داده های تحقیق از طریق مطالعهی کتب و بررسی اسناد ، مدارک و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری شده است. جامعه پژوهش برنامه های توسعه حرفه ای معلمان ابتدایی درکشورهای منتخب و متخصصان و اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان در زمینه برنامه های توسعه حرفه ای کشور ایران بوده است. نمونه نیز به صورت هدفمند مبتنی بر سوالات پژوهش انتخاب شده است. یافتهها نشان داد که شباهت ابعاد برنامه توسعه حرفه ای در کشورهای منتخب شامل تاکید همه کشورها بر ابعاد ارتقای دانش تعلیم و تربیت و دانش محتوایی موضوعی، خودکارآمدی و عزت نفس حرفهای، نگرش و کارآمدی حرفهای، تسلط در زمینه برنامه ریزی درسی، روشهای تدریس و ارزشیابی، یادگیری مادام العمر و یادگیری تجربی بوده است. مواردی همچون تاکید کشورهای منتخب بر سواد انسان شناسی و توجه محدود کشور ایران به این حوزه، تاکید کشورهای منتخب به صورت مستقیم بر رشد مهارتهای فردی و اجتماعی در این دوره ها و همچنین متمرکز شدن کشورهای منتخب بیش از ایران بر بعد آموزش مهارتهای برنامهریزی، هدایت، ارزیابی، روشهای تدریس و مدیریت کلاس در این دورهها تفاوت بین کشورها را نشان داد.

تحلیل انتقادی عوامل برون دانشگاهی موثر بر رتبه جهانی دانشگاههای ایران
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی چالشهای بیرونی نظام آموزش عالی ایران بر اساس رتبهبندیهای جهانی بود. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی بوده که از روش تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی روث وداک بهره گرفته است. مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش، 16 نفر از صاحبنظران در مؤسسات پژوهشی و دانشگاهی مستقر در تهران بودند که بهصورت هدفمند و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورداستفاده در پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته و همچنین تحلیل محتوای سخنرانیهای صاحبنظران منتخب بود. برای اعتبارسنجی دادهها در پژوهش حاضر از دو روش بازبینی مشارکتکنندگان و مرور خبرگان غیر شرکتکننده در پژوهش استفاده شد. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها نیز از دو روش تحلیل موضوعی و روش تحلیل متون گفتاری استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد چالشهای سیاستگذاری (تنوع و عدم هماهنگی در سیاستهای نهادهای تعیینکننده خطمشیهای آموزش عالی، کمتوجهی به تعیین رسالتها در سیاستگذاری، تخصصی نبودن و استفاده نکردن از نتایج پژوهش در فرآیند سیاستگذاریها)، چالشهای اقتصادی (کمتوجهی به درآمدزایی دانشگاهها در سیاستگذاریهای اقتصادی کشور، کمتوجهی به اقتصاد دانشبنیان بهمنظور توسعه اقتصادی کشور) و چالشهای فرهنگی-اجتماعی (کماهمیت بودن علم در جامعه ایران، کمتوجهی به تربیت شهروند جهانی و توجه ویژه به «ما» محلی)، ازجمله چالشهای محیط بیرونی نظام آموزش عالی بودند که منجر به ضعف رتبه دانشگاههای کشور در رتبهبندیهای جهانی شدهاند. در این راستا، راهبردهایی بهمنظور بهبود رتبه دانشگاههای ایران در رتبهبندیهای جهانی ارائه شد.

طراحی برنامه درسی مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار، توسعه ی حرفه ای و تربیت شهروندی و اعتبارسنجی آن از دیدگاه متخصصان
هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه اکتشافی بهمنظور طراحی برنامه درسی با شاخصهای تربیت شهروندی و توسعه پایدار در سطح دانشگاههای تهران و اعتبارسنجی آن بود. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نوع، داده بنیاد و اکتشافی کیفی بوده است. دادههای مرحله کیفی، از متخصصان حوزههای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و مطالعات برنامه درسی جمعآوری و در مرحله دوم همه اسناد، کتب درسی، سایتهای اینترنتی و منابع آنلاین معتبر با موضوع احصا گردید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل اساتید و اعضای هیئتعلمی متخصص در حوزه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و مطالعات برنامه درسی دانشگاههای شهر تهران در سال 1397 بود و برای تعیین حجم نمونه موردنیاز از نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی استفاده شد که تعداد آنان 30 نفر بود. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه محققساخته بود که برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی استفاده شده است. دادهها طی سه مرحله کدگذاری آزاد، محوری و انتخابی 61 مؤلفه کلی به دست آمد که در قالب یک الگوی مفهومی ارائه شده است. پس از روایی سنجی طبق نظریه لاوشه، از 20 گویه در بخش اهداف 16 گویه، از 19 گویه در بخش محتوا 16 گویه، از 14 گویه در بخش روشهای تدریس 11 گویه و از 8 گویه در بخش ارزشیابی 7 گویه حاصل شد. درنهایت الگویی جامع ارائه شد که در صورت عملیاتی شدن آن میتوان شهروندانی با شاخصهای توسعه پایدار و تربیت شهروندی تربیت کرد که کشور را بهسوی توسعه هدایت کنند.

تبیین مفهوم برنامه درسی دگرگون شونده با نظر به کاربرد آن در توسعه خلاقیت دانش آموزان در نظام آموزشی ایران
هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین مفهوم برنامه درسی دگرگون شونده با نظر به کاربرد آن در توسعه خلاقیت دانشآموزان در نظام آموزشی ایران در سال 1398 بود. در این مطالعه از روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع کاوشگری فلسفی انتقادی استفاده شد. حوزه پژوهش شامل کتب، کلیه مقالات و منابع علمی در دسترس چاپی و دیجیتالی مرتبط با برنامه درسی دگرگونشونده از سال 1979 تا 2019 بود. در این پژوهش از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده شد. بررسی متون و اسناد مرتبط با برنامه درسی دگرگون شونده بهصورت تدریجی انجام شد و تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. با بررسی 3 مقاله و 10 فصل از کتب مختلف اشباع نظری محقق گردید. با استفاده از «ابزار بررسی مستندات» اطلاعات جمعآوری شد. در گام اول و دوم با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی نظام مقولهبندی استقرایی و کدگذاری موضوعی و در گام سوم پژوهش با استفاده از روش تأملی دادهها تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد برنامه درسی دگرگونشده دارای شش مفروضه اصلی همایند و همبسته است. مقایسه مفروضات برنامهی درسی دگرگون شونده بر اساس معیار خلاقیت نشان داد که ضمن همایندی ابعاد آن، برنامهی درسی بهعنوان کیهانشناسی، خلاقیت داستانی، برنامهی درسی بهعنوان پیچیدگی، تحمل ابهام، برنامه درسی بهعنوان گفتگو، تلفیق تفکر عقلانی و تفکر روایتی، برنامه درسی بهعنوان کورره، «شدن»، برنامه درسی بهعنوان اجتماع، روابط و برنامه درسی بهعنوان مجموعه تجارب یادگیری دانشآموزان، همگامی پیشینی و برآمدنی بودن را مورد تأکید قرار داده و در بهبود خلاقیت مؤثرند. برنامه درسی دگرگونشونده از قبل معین نیست بلکه یک واقعیت دگرگون شونده و تحولی است.

اعتبارسنجی الگوی مدیریت عملکرد اعضای هیأت علمی بر اساس مولفه های سرمایه فکری
هدف پژوهش حاضر اعتبارسنجی الگوی مدیریت عملکرد اعضای هیئتعلمی بر اساس مؤلفههای سرمایه فکری بوده است. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش، یک روش آمیخته (کمی- کیفی) و ازنظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بوده است. جامعه آماری شامل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج (650 نفر) و حجم نمونه آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران (242= نفر) و روش نمونهگیری بهصورت تصادفی ساده بوده است. ابزار پژوهش، در بخش کمی شامل سه پرسشنامه و در بخش کیفی نیز مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند بوده است. نتایج بهدستآمده از تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تی تک نمونهای حاکی از تأیید همه ابعاد که بهمنظور تلخیص ابعاد مذکور، با انجام آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، 4 عامل «دانش کاری و مدیریت»، «برنامهریزی و ایجاد مهارتهای حرفهای در امر آموزش و پژوهش»، «ارتباطات مؤثر، شفاف و تعهد سازمانی» و «رفتار متعادل و مدیریت زمان» بهعنوان متغیرهای عمده مدیریت عملکرد اعضای هیئتعلمی انتخابشدهاند، بود. همچنین 3 عامل «انسانی»، «ساختاری» و «ارتباطی» در قالب 9 مؤلفه اصلی بهعنوان ابعاد و متغیرهای عمدة سرمایه فکری انتخاب گردیدند؛ و بالاخره میزان تناسب الگوی مذکور ازنظر متخصصان نیز در 6 عامل ارائه گردیده است؛ که درمجموع 05/90 درصد واریانس را تبیین کردهاند که درصد موردقبول و بالائی قلمداد شده است. همچنین این عوامل 70 تا 100 درصد در سطح خیلی زیاد، زیاد و تا حدودی مورد تأیید متخصصان قرارگرفته و آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز، حاکی از برازش عالی الگوی پژوهش بوده است.

آسیب شناسی نظام آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای براساس مدل تعالی سازمانی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف آسیبشناسی نظام آموزشهای فنی حرفهای بر اساس مدل تعالی سازمانی EFQM انجام شد. روش پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف، بنیادی- کاربردی، ازنظر نوع داده آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) و ازلحاظ نحوه گردآوری داده توصیفی-پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی خبرگان دانشگاهی و مسئولین سازمان آموزش فنیوحرفهای کشور و در بخش کمّی کلیه کارکنان شاغل در سازمان فنیوحرفهای شهر تهران به تعداد 1235 نفر بود. حجم نمونه در بخش کیفی با اشباع نظری 15 نفر بهصورت نمونهگیری غیر تصادفی هدفمند و در بخش کمّی بر اساس جدول مورگان 295 نفر بهصورت تصادفی طبقهای برآورد شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمّی، پرسشنامه محققساخته بود. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روایی صوری، محتوایی و روایی سازه موردبررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و ضریب پایایی ترکیبی محاسبه شد. برای محاسبه پایایی بخش کیفی نیز از روش پایایی بین دو کدگذار و باز آزمون استفاده شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در بخش کیفی از روش گراندد تئوری و کدگذاری بهره گرفته شد. در بخش کمی نیز دادههای حاصل از پرسشنامه در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد مؤلفههای تعالی سازمانی با رویکرد EFQM در نظام آموزشهای فنی حرفهای در بعد نتایج شامل اثربخشی کارکنان، اثربخشی عملکرد، اثربخشی ذینفعان و ارزشآفرینی برای جامعه و در بعد توانمندسازی شامل راهبردهای آموزشی و یادگیری، رهبری و مدیریت، شایستگی کارکنان، فرایندها و مدیریت اثربخش بود. همچنین یافتهها نشان داد وضعیت آموزشهای فنیوحرفهای مناسب است اما تا حد مطلوب فاصله زیادی وجود دارد.
