مدل پاسخگویی اثربخش دانشگاه های دولتی: مطالعه آمیخته
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ادراک و نگرش اساتید و صاحبنظران نسبت به ابعاد پاسخگویی دانشگاههای دولتی شهر تهران بود. این پژوهش بر مبنای رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی با مشارکت 309 نفر از اساتید، صاحبنظران، مسئولین آموزش عالی و دانشجویان دکتری در سال 1394 انجام شد. هدف مرحله کیفی کاوش مقولههای مرتبط با پاسخگویی و فراهم نمودن مبنایی برای طراحی پرسشنامه و مدل مفهومی برای استفاده در مرحله کمی بود. تحلیل عاملی مرتبه اول و مرتبه دوم و تجزیهوتحلیل مدل معادلات ساختاری در مرحله کمی مدلی را فراهم نمود که روابط بین عوامل متمایز پاسخگویی اثربخش در دانشگاههای دولتی را نشان میدهد. یافتههای پژوهش، مدلی اکتشافی برای توصیف روابط میان شرایط علی پاسخگویی متوازن به نیازهای ذینفعان، راهبردهای پاسخگویی، ابعاد زمینهای و ویژگیهای محیطی دانشگاههای دولتی و پیامدهای حاصل از آن را ارائه میدهد.

شناسایی و اعتباربخشی مؤلفههای برنامه مطلوب آموزش ریاضی پیش از دبستان و تحلیل محتوای کتب مربوط
هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش عملی ریاضی بر شایستگی ریاضی و رفتارهای یادگیری کودکان بود، روش انجام این پژوهش طرح شبه آزمایشی بوده است. بدین منظور 60 نفر از کودکان (دختر) دوره پیشدبستانی به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخابشده و به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. در ابتدا از دو گروه آزمون شایستگی ریاضی گرفته شد. سپس آموزش عملی مؤلفههای مشخصشده ریاضی پیش از دبستان طی 6 ماه در گروه آزمایشی اجرا گردید و گروه کنترل آموزشهای معمول پیشدبستانیها را دریافت کرد. پس از اتمام برنامه آموزشی از هر دو گروه پسآزمون به عمل آمد. نتایج نشان داد تفاوت میانگین شایستگی ریاضی در دو گروه بهطورکلی معنادار بود. بررسی فعالیتهای یادگیری در حین آموزش نشان داد نوع برنامه و روش ارائه در نوع فعالیت، رفتار کلامی و مشارکت کودکان مؤثر بوده و بیشترین تأثیر را بر نوع فعالیت گذاشته است.

تدوین الگوی شکلگیری انتقال یادگیری به محیط کار در برنامههای توسعه منابع انسانی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدلی برای انتقال یادگیری به محیط کار بود. به این منظور بر مبنای طرح مطالعه کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد مطالعه انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران، اعضای هیئتعلمی، کارمندان، کارشناسان و متخصصان منابع انسانی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 1397 بودند که با توجه به سطح اشباع دادهها، 30 نفر از آنها بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد و تحلیل مصاحبهها با استفاده از رهیافت نظاممند استراوش و کوربین کدگذاری باز، محوری، و منتخب صورت گرفت. با استفاده از مثلثسازی و روش بازخورد مشارکتکنندگان و خبرگان غیرمشارکتکننده از اعتبار تحلیلها اطمینان حاصل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشاندهندۀ، 13 مقوله کلی بود که در قالب مدل پارادایمی شامل: شرایط علی (عوامل فردی، عوامل آموزشی، عوامل سازمانی)؛ پدیده محوری (مشارکت فعالانه در آموزش و انتقال آموختهها)؛ شرایط زمینهای (شرایط و جو انتقال، عوامل مدیریتی و توان مالی سازمان)؛ شرایط مداخلهگر (عوامل فراسازمانی)؛ راهبردها (راهبردهای ساختاری، راهبردهای فرایندی و راهبردهای محیطی)؛ و پیامدها (پیامدهای فردی و پیامدهای سازمانی) به دست آمد که عوامل مؤثر بر انتقال آموختهها به محیط کار را نمایان میکند.

آزمون روابط علی اضطراب تحصیلی بر اساس ادراک محیط کلاس با میانجی سبکهای مقابلهای در دانشآموزان
هدف مطالعه حاضر ارائه الگوی ساختاری بهمنظور پیشبینی اضطراب تحصیلی بر اساس ادراک محیط کلاس با میانجی سبکهای مقابلهای در دانشآموزان بود. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگیو جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه مدارس دولتی تهران در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بود. روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای و حجم نمونه شامل 480 دانشآموز بوده است. دانشآموزان به پرسشنامههای ادراک محیط کلاس فراسر، فیشر و مکروبی (1996)، سبکهای مقابله ﺍﻧﺪﻟﺮ ﻭ ﭘﺎﺭﻛﺮ (1990) و اضطراب مدرسه ابوالمعالی و همکاران (1994) پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری و برای بررسی روابط علّی میان متغیرهای مکنون موردبررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد مؤلفههای ادراک محیط کلاس و مؤلفههای اضطراب تحصیلی بهصورت منفی همبسته بودند و سبک مقابله هیجان مدار بهصورت مثبت با مؤلفههای اضطراب تحصیلی همبسته بود، اما بین سبک مقابله مسئله مدار و اجتنابی با اضطراب تحصیلی رابطه معناداری یافت نشد. همچنین ادراک محیط کلاس با میانجی سبکهای مقابله، اضطراب تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دختر را پیشبینی میکنند.

اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای خودتنظیمی بر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و سازگاری تحصیلی دانش آموزان ناسازگار
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای خودتنظیمی بر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی وسازگاری تحصیلی دانشآموزان دختر ناسازگار دوره دوم متوسطه شهر کرمان انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشآموزان دختر ناسازگار در مدارس دوره متوسطه دوره دوم ناحیه 2 شهر کرمان در سال تحصیلی 96-95 بود. نمونه موردبررسی بر اساس هدفهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از 30 دانشآموز ناسازگار که به کمک آزمون سازگاری دانشآموزان دبیرستانی (AISS)، ناسازگار تشخیص داده شدند و سپس با گمارش تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از پرسشنامه سازگاری دانشآموزان دبیرستانی سینها و سینگ (1993)، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی جینگ و مورگان (1997) و پرسشنامه سازگاری تحصیلی کلارک (1976). به گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای راهبردهای خودتنظیمی آموزش داده شد و گروه گواه در این مدت آموزشی دریافت نکردند. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد آموزش راهبردهای خودتنظیمی بر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و سازگاری تحصیلی دانشآموزان ناسازگار دوره متوسطه در سطح 01/0P< تأثیر معناداری دارد. آموزش خودتنظیمی در جهت استفاده از راهبردهای شناختی و راهبرد فراشناختی به دانشآموزان ناسازگار ارائه شود تا کمتر شاهد ناسازگاری تحصیلی و عدم خودکارآمدی تحصیلی اینگونه دانشآموزان باشیم.

پیشبینی قصد کارآفرینی دانشجویان براساس سرمایهی روانشناختی و انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی قصد کارآفرینی دانشجویان بر اساس سرمایهی روانشناختی و انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعهی آماری پژوهش را دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال تحصیلی 1397 تشکیل میدادند که از میان آنها با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای تعداد 243 دانشجو انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامهی قصد کارآفرینی لینان، رودریگرز، رودیکانتچ (2011)، پرسشنامهی سرمایهی روانشناختی لوتانز، یوسف و آولیو (2007) و پرسشنامهی انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی ساویکاس (2012) برای جمعآوری دادهها استفاده شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که بین سرمایهی روانشناختی (خودکارآمدی، امیدواری، خوشبینی و تابآوری) و انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی (دغدغه، کنترل، کنجکاوی و اعتماد) با قصد کارآفرینی دانشجویان رابطهی مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون آشکار کرد که تقریباً 20 درصد از کل واریانس قصد کارآفرینی دانشجویان بر اساس سرمایهی روانشناختی و انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی قابل پیشبینی است که متغیر انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی سهم بیشتری داشت. بنابراین، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که سرمایهی روانشناختی و انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی از متغیرهای مرتبط با قصد کارآفرینی دانشجویان هستند که نیازمند توجه و برنامه ریزی هستند.

شناسایی عوامل موثر برکاهش کارآموزان آموزشگاه های فنی و حرفه ای آزاد
این مقاله با هدف شناسایی علل کاهش کارآموزان آموزشگاههای فنی و حرفهای آزاد انجام شده است. با توجه به هدف، روش پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی، بهعنوان روش مناسب پژوهش انتخاب شد. روش پژوهش شامل دو مرحله کیفی و کمّی بود. در مرحله کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و انجام مصاحبههای هدفمند و عمیق با 20 نفر از خبرگان آموزشهای فنی و حرفهای، دادهها گردآوری شد. سپس با کدگذاری اولیه و تعریف مضمونهای فرعی و اصلی، عوامل مؤثر بر کاهش کارآموزان در آموزشگاههای فنی و حرفهای آزاد شناسایی گردیدند. در مرحله کمّی بر اساس نتایج مصاحبههای مرحله اول، پرسشنامهای تنظیم شد. نمونه آماری در این مرحله 270 نفر از مدیران و مؤسسان آموزشگاههای آزاد فنی و حرفهای استان آذربایجان شرقی بودند. دادههای گردآوریشده از طریق پرسشنامه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی دستهبندی شد. بدینصورت عوامل مؤثر بر کاهش کارآموزان، مورد شناسایی مجدد قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی همراستا با نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل مضمون بود. نتایج هر دو روش کیفی و کمّی نشان داد عوامل آموزشگاهی (منابع فیزیکی، منابع انسانی و مالی، برنامههای آموزشی و بازاریابی آموزشی)، عوامل سازمانی (محتوا، خطمشی، پشتیبانی و ارزشیابی) و عوامل محیطی (رقبا، بازار کار، فرهنگ جامعه، قوانین و سیاستهای دولت) سه عامل مهم کاهش کارآموزان آموزشگاههای فنی و حرفهای آزاد هستند.

اثربخشی آموزش زبان با کمک مودل برعملکرد درک مطلب زبان آموزان ایرانی
ابزارهای مبتنی بر وب و اپلیکیشنهایی که پتانسیل لازم جهت افزایش انگیزه و تعامل میان زبان آموزان را دارند، توجهات زیادی را در میان جامعهی آموزش زبان انگلیسی به خود جلب کردهاند. یکی از جدیدترین تکنولوژیهای مبتنی بر وب که برای اهداف آموزشی به کار گرفته شده است مودل است که یک محیط یادگیری مجازی با منبع آزاد است. با توجه به اهمیت تکنولوژی بهطورکلی و نادر بودن مطالعات مربوط به استفاده از مودل در آموزش زبان دوم، این مقاله با استفاده از یک پژوهش کمی و در قالب یک طرح شبه آزمایشی به بررسی تأثیر آموزش زبان دوم با کمک مودل بر توانایی درک مطلب زبان آموزان ایرانی میپردازد. بدین منظور در این مطالعه با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس، نمونهای 46 نفری از زبان آموزان دو کلاس رشتهی زبان انگلیسی در یکی از واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در ایران (واحد تهران شمال) بهعنوان شرکتکنندگان پژوهش استفاده گردید. در راستای هدف پژوهش، دانشجویان گروه آزمایش (25 نفر)، از یادگیری ترکیبی بهرهمند گردیدند که در آن مودل به آموزش درون کلاسی اضافه گردید، درحالیکه دانشجویان گروه کنترل (21 نفر) فقط با همان روش سنتی آموزش درون کلاسی آموزش دیدند. این پژوهش در طول یکترم به مدت 16 هفته انجام گرفت. تحلیل آماری دادهها به کمک آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس بیانگر این بود که عملکرد درک مطلب گروه آزمایش در پایان دوره بهتر از گروه کنترل بود. این یافتهها میتواند پیامدهای قابلتوجه نظری و کاربردی برای آموزش زبان انگلیسی بهعنوان زبان دوم داشته باشد.

بررسی عوامل اثر گذار بر فرسودگی تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان و اعضای هیأت علمی
فرسودگی تحصیلی باعث ایجاد احساس درماندگی، تحریکپذیری، ناامیدی در دانشجویان و درنتیجه کاهش انگیزه و افت عملکرد و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان میشود؛ شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان در جهت ارائه راهبردها و راهکارهایی برای کاهش آن از اهمیت و ضرورت بالایی برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگویی مفهومی برای تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر فرسودگی تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان نظام آموزش عالی دولتی کشور انجام شد. در این پژوهش از روش کیفی تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. جامعۀ موردمطالعه در این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان و اساتید دانشگاههای دولتی کشور بودند که با روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی برای مطالعه شناسایی شدند. پس از دو مصاحبه گروهی نیمه ساختاریافته با دانشجویان (21 نفر) و اساتید (10 نفر) و 6 مصاحبۀ انفرادی با اساتید و 14 مصاحبۀ انفرادی با دانشجویان نظام آموزش عالی دولتی کشور، شامل 31 استان در سال 1396، اشباع دادها حاصل گردید. دادههای حاصل از بحث و گفتگو با دانشجویان و اساتید موردمطالعه با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای عرفی کدگذاری و طبقهبندی شدند. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که مؤلفههای اصلی الگوی مفهومی عوامل مؤثر بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان نظام آموزش عالی دولتی کشور شامل: ناکارآمدی آموزش، عوامل فرهنگی، تقلب علمی، اقتصادمحور شدن آموزش، مشکلات خانوادگی، ضعف علمی و رفتاری اساتید، مشکلات زیرساختی، عامل حمایتی- انگیزشی و ویژگیهای شخصیتی بودند. نتایج این مطالعه دستاوردهای مناسبی برای کمک به سیاستگذاران، برنامهریزان و آموزشگران نظام آموزش عالی کشور در جهت کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان به همراه دارد.

نقش آموزشهای مجازی و حاکمیت فنآوری اطلاعات در شایستهسالاری مدیران دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان خوزستان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر نقش آموزشهای مجازی و حاکمیت فنآوری اطلاعات در شایستهسالاری مدیران دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان خوزستان بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ نوع پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعهی آماری پژوهش حاضر از مدیران و معاونین مدیران دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان خوزستان تشکیل شده بود (250 نفر) که تعداد 185 نفراز مدیران و معاونین مدیران دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شمال استان خوزستان (دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد دزفول، شوش و اندیمشک) با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای بهعنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه آموزشهای مجازی ظهیری خواه (1393)، پرسشنامه حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات دیناروندنیک (1392) و پرسشنامه شایستهسالاری مصلحی (1391) بود. تجزیهوتحلیل با نرمافزار SPSS (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه) صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد: آموزشهای مجازی و حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات با شایستگی مدیران دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی شمال استان خوزستان (دانشگاه دزفول، اندیمشک و شوش) رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشت. آموزشهای مجازی با شایستهسالاری رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشت. حاکمیت فنآوری اطلاعات با شایستهسالاری رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشت.
