The research was a quasi-experimental study (pre-test-post-test with a control group). The statistical population consisted of students from third-grade to sixth-grade with learning disabilities who had been referred to the learning disability centers of Birjand during the school year of 2020-2021. Thirty students were selected and divided randomly into experimental and control groups. The Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (Gross & John, 2003) and Subjective vitality scale (Ryan & Frederick, 1997) assessment instrument had been used. The plan based on child-parent relationship therapy was performed for the experimental group during ten virtual sessions. The results of multivariate and univariate analysis of covariance showed play therapy based on child-parent relationships had a significant effect on emotion regulation and subjective vitality in students with learning disorders. However, it did not affect the combination of dependent variables of emotion regulation and subjective vitality. Even though the effective use of all emotion regulation strategies has an effect on the well-being and vitality of students with learning disabilities, using only two strategies of Reappraisal and Suppression can’t increase higher subjective vitality in these students undoubtedly. It can be concluded that the treatment in question affects the emotion regulation and subjective vitality of students with learning disabilities and can be used to help them.}, keywords = {Child-parent relationship play therapy,COVID Pandemic,emotion regulation,learning disabilities,subjective vitality}, title_fa = {اثربخشی بازی‏ درمانی مبتنی بر ارتباط والد-کودک بر تنظیم هیجان و نشاط ذهنی دانش‏آموزان با ناتوانی‏های یادگیری در شرایط همه‏گیری کووید }, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر، با هدف اثربخشی بازی‏درمانی مبتنی بر ارتباط والد-کودک به‌صورت مجازی بر تنظیم هیجان و نشاط ذهنی دانش‏آموزان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری اجرا شد. روش پژوهش نیمه‏آزمایشی با طرحِ پیش‏آزمون-پس‏آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‏ی آماری را دانش‏آموزان پایه‏ی سوم تا ششم دارای ناتوانی یادگیری شهرستان بیرجند در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 تشکیل داده است که دارای مشکلات هیجانی بوده و به مراکز اختلالات یادگیری مراجعه کرده‌اند. تعداد 30 نفر به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند و پرسشنامه‏های تنظیم هیجان برای کودکان و نوجوانان (Gross & John, 2003) و نشاط ذهنی (Ryan & Frederick, 1997) را تکمیل کردند. محتوای آموزشی بازی‏درمانی مبتنی بر ارتباط والد-کودک، در 10 جلسه به والدین گروه آزمایش، به‌صورت مجازی ارائه شد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و تک‏متغیره نشان داد درمان مدنظر بر تنظیم هیجان و نشاط ذهنی دانش‏آموزان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری تأثیر معناداری داشته است، اما بر تعامل ترکیبی تنظیم هیجان و نشاط ذهنی اثرگذار نبود. لذا، اگرچه استفاده مؤثر از تمام راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان بر بهزیستی و نشاط تأثیر داشت اما با استفاده از تنها دو راهبرد ارزیابی مجدد و سرکوبی نمی‏توان به‌طورقطع نشاط ذهنی را در این دانش‏آموزان افزایش داد. درنتیجه این درمان بر تنظیم هیجان و نشاط ذهنی دانش‏آموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری تأثیر داشته و استفاده از آن، جهت کمک به این دانش‏آموزان پیشنهاد می‏شود.}, keywords_fa = {بازی‏درمانی مبتنی بر روابط والد-فرزند,تنظیم هیجان,ناتوانی‏های یادگیری,نشاط ذهنی,همه‏گیری کووید}, url = {https://www.jiera.ir/article_146253.html}, eprint = {https://www.jiera.ir/article_146253_53a78b2ccdd218e17980b6bdc04dce7a.pdf} }
